Me and my man chilled on a groovy boat called Dhow Cruise - talk about a rad way to celebrate our first year of tying the knot! Dude, the food was like YUMMMM and don't even get me started on the sick moves from the tanoura dancers. Rayna Tours looked after us like total legends, making sure we got to and from the boat without any stress. They made our day so much better than it otherwise would've been. I'm here to tell you something about Rayna Tours that just isn't right. Let me start by saying that I booked a fancy yacht for my wife's 40th birthday from their website on 20 April 2022. I wished to give her a lovely surprise and make her feel special. So, I had even paid a considerable amount of money upfront for the luxurious yacht promise.

But something really fishy happened. Rayna Tours sent me pictures of a luxurious and decorated yacht that they promised to provide for my wife's birthday celebration. However, when I showed up to pick up the boat, I discovered an entirely different reality - a scrappy, old yacht that was thilty and certainly not decorated at all. In addition, this yacht was different from the one they had displayed in the pictures. I was extremely disappointed as I had paid for something that was not even close to what I was promised.

To make matters worse, no one seemed to care about my issue from Rayna Tours. Despite repeatedly calling and messaging them, no one cared to help me or offer any solutions. I was incredibly disappointed and felt cheated.

In conclusion, Rayna Tours yacht renting service is a complete scam, and I would never recommend anyone to experience their services. Not only is their advertising misleading, but they also do not seem to care about delivering what they promise. So, beware of any such services provided by this company as it's not ethical and not worth your money.

Yo, me and my crew been using Rayna Tours for our B2B trips for the past 4 years and we've been pretty stoked about their service. But dang, something went wrong in 2022 and the new staff ain't worth a penny. We've been trying to book a service for a whole week and nobody's bothering to give us any deets. We had to change the dates twice already 'cause of their lack of response. We used to deal with this one executive who was on the ball with his response time and service, but the new dude can't even address the issue. We even hit up their online support and sales with no luck. So I'd suggest you peeps to be careful and make sure they're taking care of their agents before moving forward.

I had an experience with Rayna Tours back in June 2021 where I made a payment of 2300 dirham to rent a car for ten days. The agent, V, asked me to pay an additional 1000 dirham as a deposit, which I completed on 15/6/2021. I even attached pictures of both payments in an email to show proof.

Unfortunately, I had to request a refund to a specific account but your accounts sent the refund to an Omani bank account that was already closed. I contacted the bank in Oman to inquire about the transaction, and they confirmed that the payment had been rejected and would bounce back.

Fast forward to November 2021, and I have yet to receive my refund of 1354 dirham. I have tried to contact the agent multiple times, but they are now ignoring my messages. I am disappointed that my request has not been resolved yet since Rayna Tours has not responded to my emails or messages.

It is not a large sum of money, but it is my right to get my deposit back. I hope that Rayna Tours addresses this matter immediately and provides me with the refund that is long overdue. Thank you.

Had the worst experience with Thrillophilia and Rayna Tours! Their support was the worst I ever seen. Can't believe not a single person would attend calls during the trip.

Had booked a 7-day tour with Thrillophilia, and they hired Rayna Tours to plan my whole land package. It was supposed to start with my first private tour to Ain Dubai, but unfortunately, they missed it. Spent the whole evening waiting and ruined the first day of my trip. Tried reaching them through phone calls, but no one answered. Instead, they kept tagging different people on the WhatsApp group. Eventually, the trip got canceled, and they told me to plan it some other day, saying that they weren't aware of my flight timings. Check the screenshots for proof.

Then, they missed my private pickup planned from Atlantis at 7:30 PM. I had to wait outside for an hour before I had to take a private taxi to reach my location. They promised to refund, but I still haven't received any response from them. Throughout the conversation, they kept tagging different people but didn't accept any responsibility. For my last day, a private transfer to Miracle Garden was included. I requested them to drop me at Dubai Expo, but they refused and started asking for extra charges for the same. Had to arrange a private transfer by myself, but they didn't cooperate at all.

Honestly, their entire support is pathetic, and they'll just ruin your trip no matter how much you've paid. If you ask me, NEVER opt for their services in the future. By the way, all other reviews are fake, so don't trust them.

So I recently took a safari tour with RAYNA TOURS and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. I had seen their name everywhere on the internet, advertising their services and promising the best experience. But it turns out that it was just a facade as their services did not live up to the promises made.

Firstly, their prices are incredibly high. I paid AED 200 per person for the safari tour which in my opinion was not worth the price. When I asked them the reason behind such high prices, they sent me a long email trying to justify it. They claimed that they provide the best vehicles, quad biking, quality drivers and what not. But in reality, the vehicle we were given for the safari was severely defective. We later found out that the car was in the garage for repairs and was brought for the safari even before it was repaired, just to earn more money for the company. The condition of the vehicle was so poor that the car's tire came out of the rim during the dune bashing and we were stuck in the middle of the desert for 30 mins. It was a highly dangerous situation as it could have caused serious consequences.

Secondly, the quad biking that they provide is not as great as they advertise it to be. It's just for a small area where you can take rounds, meant only for 8-year-old kids. If you buy it with your safari package, they charge you AED 100, making it AED 300 per person. And if you want to go out in the sand dunes, they ask you to pay another AED 100. What's the point of prepaying them then? They claim that they have everything included in their package, but in reality, you have to pay for most of the services promised, like a photo with a falcon. And the most hilarious part is that dressing up like an Arab is free, but getting a picture clicked in that dress is chargeable. So what exactly is the point of wearing that dress?

In conclusion, I would strongly suggest you not to fall for the high-rankings of Rayna tours on the internet and go for other better options that are more affordable and provide better quality services. Don't waste your money and also put your life in danger by using substandard cars.

I recently had a very dangerous and life-threatening experience with Rayna Tours in Dubai. As a British NHS Doctor, I booked a tour on my birthday to see the city's attractions. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected and was incredibly dangerous.

Firstly, let me explain that the weather conditions were very bad and there were a lot of waves. I took the boat departing from Marina Walk at 5 pm on 7/12/20. I met the driver, and introduced myself and told him that it's my birthday and I hoped to have a nice tour with him. He advised that there is a better view on the front of the boat but it might be a bit bumpy. As I wanted to have the best view possible, I sat on the front.

The driver went very fast and I was on the verge of falling a few times. I asked him to slow down and he did, but after a minute, he went fast again! I shouted and pointed with my hands to slow down and I asked his colleague to slow down as well, but he just ignored me with a smile on his face. I was in danger and struggled but they ignored me and continued to put my life at risk.

I think this was a criminal act as the driver's assistant saw me asking more than once to stop, but he ignored my calls and put my life at risk deliberately. This is extremely disappointing because as a passenger, I trusted the company to take good care of me and ensure my safety, but they did not.

I immediately contacted the company by email, but they did not reply for almost three weeks. I was forced to call them when I returned back to London. When they finally replied, they were defensive and twisted the facts by claiming there were seat belts on the boat when there were not. They also refused to escalate my complaint, which is not acceptable.

Even though the company apologized and offered a refund, I think it's important to warn other tourists of the risks they may face when using Rayna Tours. I urge people to book with another company that cares about their customers' safety and acts with transparency and integrity. Don't risk your life or safety by booking with Rayna Tours.
