On September 8th I was working, my card was with me, I logged into the Rapid Pay app and noticed that they had withdrawn 800 dollars from my account at Walgreens, which I didn't understand since my card was with me on that day and at this time. that they took. I contacted Rapid immediately, they blocked the card and they informed me that when opening a dispute it could take up to 90 days for resolution. They got back to me informing me that my case was closed and it was not in my favor. They didn't tell me how the investigation was carried out, why they reached that decision, nothing. Then Rapid Pay sent me a letter informing me that this case was closed and that if I did not agree I could return with another letter informing me. So it was done. But they didn't get back to me. I got in touch again, where I informed them that I would be able to prove my presence at the company on the day they withdrew my money. I opened a new dispute, sent another letter, with proof that I was working at the company and not in another city to withdraw this money. There were several calls, the attendants are very poorly informed, they don't tell you exactly what needs to be done. I am extremely disappointed with this company, which in addition to having terrible customer service, did not solve my problem.

This exact thing happened to me on October 13, 2023. They denied my request. Rapid! Pay aren’t helpful. I also sent my police report and they did not help one bit.
