Ram Roofing and Solar was very helpful throughout the process of getting an estimate after we had wind damage this past December, getting our roofing job scheduled, and keeping me updated throughout. Their crew were very quick and efficient removing, replacing and cleaning up all in 1 day. I would highly recommend them.

He helped by showing the photos of my roof damage, and he was there when the insurance adjuster was present, advocating for the maximum amount with as little out of pocket as possible. Would recommend Ram Roofing to anyone. With the many roofing contractors coming through after the August hailstorm I was feeling a little overwhelmed. When Austin came out he explained the process to me and told me what needed to be done. He was here when the insurance adjuster came out. He kept me aware of what was going on and was available for questions that I had. The crew was good and respectful.

I was turned down twice before Ram Roofing and Solar called me when I heard him saying we will take a look and see what we can do. I knew this guy was for real. The crew he has were professional and respectfully of me and my house. They did a great job and Ram Roofing and Solar was in contact with me on every project. I was very happy with the final outcome. We were going through a refi and needed our roof looked at. Ram Roofing and Solar came out and looked at our roof and told us that it really needed to be replaced. She provided a full photo report and was able to work with our insurance company and get the roof covered by insurance and fully replaced. She was available any time that I had questions and the whole team was really laid back and easy to work with. We were in a bit of a crunch and she was able to bump us up and get our roof done ahead of schedule so we had plenty of time to complete the hoops for our refi process. I would recommend them if you like a no pressure staff that is super chill and fun to work with. The roof looks great!

Our roof was damaged in the derecho 08-2020, I called our homeowners insurance company and they approved a new roof for our home and garage. I had a couple of companies come give us estimates, but I quickly became overwhelmed with other unforeseen circumstances. Ram Roofing and Solar stopped by my home in March 2022 advising he was completing free inspections. He reassured me that Ram Roofing would handle all of the details with our insurance and they did. The representative from Ram Roofing and Solar was a pleasure to work with, very professional, kept me up to date on all of the behind the scenes details, and checked in on the progress, before during and after the install. The crew was polite, fast and efficient, our yard came away clean and with no nails/shingles to clean up after the fact.
