We got a compressor from Quincy and it's been breaking down a lot, even though we only used it for 3000 hours. The problems aren't from regular wear and tear, but the sales and customer service people haven't done anything to help us out. There's something wrong with the air end, motor fan, and transformer. Quincy says we can't use our 10 year warranty because we didn't take oil samples, but that's not fair. They should be the ones taking the samples if they're so important. It seems like they're just trying to avoid taking responsibility. We talked to a bunch of different people at Quincy, but no one has really done anything to fix the problems.

I got an air compressor from Quincy Compressor, LLC and it's been a real pain in the butt. It broke down four times for the same dang problem and now it's all messed up for good. I even got an extended warranty and they still didn't fix it right. It was out of commission for almost three months and Quincy took forever to get back to me. I'm asking for a whole new unit or my money back, which is $2834. They better do it quick or they're breaking the law. They even changed some parts during the last repair, so I want a brand new one from 2020. They better call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX to work this out.
