I've been dealing with PureCBDNOW for a while now, actually it's been like 4 years since I first stumbled on their site. Back then, I didn't know much about CBD or any of that stuff, so naturally I had a ton of questions about what products would be best for me. I remember I started a chat with them through their website, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how much they knew. I placed an order for some gummies from PureCBDNOW about 9 days back and I'm still waiting for them to ship it out. The site clearly states that orders should be shipped within 24-48 hours, but it looks like they might be having some trouble with their math. When I reached out to them via email to ask what's up, they responded with some excuse about still making my product. But here's the thing, the gummies I ordered are actually made by a different company, so I'm not buying that excuse. It feels like they just sent me some generic response without really looking into my issue.

I even tried giving them a call to sort things out, but no luck there either. All I got was an answering machine, and I'm starting to think they don't have any real people working there at all. It's pretty frustrating, to be honest. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I'd have to say think twice, especially if you're hoping to actually get your hands on the products you pay for.
