I have been a loyal customer of Puritan's Pride for years, but my recent experience with them has been disappointing. I placed an order on May 26, 2023, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I still have not received my order as of June 17, 2023. The worst part is that they cannot even tell me if it has shipped or not. It's frustrating to receive nothing but lip service from their customer service representatives.

I understand that they have had some IT issues with their offshore staff in India, but as someone who has worked in IT for years, I know that outsourcing to India can be a risky move. The quality of service is often subpar, and it seems that Puritan's Pride is experiencing the same issues. It's a shame because they are a subsidiary of Nestle Health Science, and I expected better from them.

As a long-time customer who has spent thousands of dollars with them, I am disappointed that they cannot even fulfill a simple order. Their system is broken, and it's time for me to find a new supplier for my nutritional supplements. It's frustrating that they have insulated themselves from outside calls, and the only people I can talk to are clueless and unable to answer my questions.

Puritan's Pride has managed to drive their business into the ground with their poor order fulfillment execution. It's beyond pathetic, and there is no excuse for it. As a customer, I expect better, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty let down by Puritan's Pride. I made an order a couple of weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. Ya know, I didn't even get a confirmation email like they promised, but I do have a confirmation number at least.

So I went ahead and shot them a few emails, but no response. I even gave 'em a call and was told that my order was on the way and that I'd get an email with shipping details. But did I get any email? Nope, nadda. And now I need one of those products pretty darn urgently.

Here's the thing, I've been buying from Puritan's Pride for years now and I've spent thousands of dollars with them. I even have the "highest status" according to their rewards program. But now, it feels like they're just spitting in my face. Just goes to show ya, loyalty doesn't mean squat these days.

I had a chance to place an order through Puritan's Pride on January 12th, 2016. I was excited to get started, but soon after I placed the request, I realized that there were a couple of items that I didn't want to purchase. Not having the option to cancel online was definitely disappointing. Nevertheless, I quickly called the customer support team to see if they could cancel it on my behalf.

Fortunately, the cancellation process was simple. However, the refund process took much longer than expected. Despite being assured that the refund would be issued, I still have not received it as of January 27th, 2016. When I called to inquire, I was advised that the refund would be issued within a few days, but unfortunately, it still hasn't been processed. To be honest, I've never seen such a long wait for a refund. Honestly, this is not a great experience when compared to other online shopping sites.

As someone with a busy schedule, I don't have the time to call in and inquire about my refund multiple times. While it's understandable that issues can arise with refunds, the length of this one leaves something to be desired. It's unlikely that I'll be returning to Puritan's Pride in the future, as this experience was very disappointing.

Puritan's Pride is one of the best websites for purchasing vitamins, supplements, soaps, and deodorant. I bought some vitamins, calcium supplements, turmeric/curcumin, soaps & deodorant on May 21, 2018. In just two days, my order arrived perfectly on May 23, 2018. I have never had any problems with the delivery; it's always consistent, fast, and accurate.

One great thing about Puritan's Pride is that their prices are unbeatable. You can get buy 1 get 2 free or buy 2 get 4 free deals that you won't find anywhere else on the internet. I've been using this Puritan's Pride website for a long, long time, and gotta say, it's always been a swell experience. Only one time did I get an email from them saying one of my sale items was out of stock. No biggie though, I got it just a little bit later and it was all good. But other than that, this site has always had unbeatable prices for high quality stuff, and they ship it out faster than greased lightning. Every once in a blue moon, I don't get a shipping confirmation, but then there's a knock at the door and there's my package, so no worries there.

All in all, I would highly recommend giving Puritan's Pride a go. I've never had to call up customer service, so I can't say one way or the other how that is. But if you're looking for a bargain on top notch products with speedy delivery, this site is your ticket to ride.

Had same problem like last person. I ordered about 4 days ago, they billed me, but didn’t send me email confirmation, although I did save the order number. So, I’m kind of in the dark about when my order is going to arrive. I’ve sent emails everyday so far regarding my ordered product shipping confirmation, yet I’m being sent previous confirmation emails again and again from them that don't relate to my recent purchase. I don’t understand why they can’t send me email confirmation related to my present order. These supplements are really important for my health and I can’t afford any delay in this regard. I strongly feel Puritan's Pride customer service is going downhill with each passing day. Honestly, I’ve been a long-time customer for years but now I’m feeling treated like as if I’m nothing to them. I’d highly recommend avoiding them! They are practically stealing my money and I’m not getting what I ordered nor getting refunded for it. I’ve had to send them the order confirmation number many times and still haven’t received any satisfactory response from them regarding my ordered product delivery.

Despite having my email address, they began sending me physical mail in the form of cards and magazines. If you're looking for a company that respects your communication preferences and the environment, then I strongly recommend avoiding Puritan's Pride at all costs. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more mindful and ethical in their practices. So save yourself the frustration and stick with those instead.

Okay, so I gotta tell you guys about my recent experience with Puritan's Pride. Let me tell you, it was not good. I had ordered a bottle of CoQ-10 back in October, because I like to have a supply on hand. You never know when you're going to need it, right?

Anyways, when I went to open the bottle, I noticed that there was some oily residue in it. It looked like someone had poured a little bit of oil into it. I figured that one of the gel-caps must have broken and leaked. No big deal, right?

Wrong. When I called customer service to see if they could help me out, they were less than helpful. In fact, they basically told me that it wasn't their problem and that I should contact Ebay (even though they were the sellers). I couldn't believe it. I mean, isn't it their responsibility to make sure that their products are in good condition when they ship them out?

To make matters worse, by the time I got around to contacting Ebay, it was already past the 60-day window for returns. So now I'm stuck with a bottle of CoQ-10 that's not even usable.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Puritan's Pride. It's a shame, because I've ordered from them in the past and never had any issues. But now, I'm not so sure I want to give them any more of my business. It seems like they don't really care about their customers or their satisfaction. And that's a real shame, if you ask me.

Yo, so I gotta tell ya about this Puritan's Pride website (puritan.com). I mean, a year ago I would have been like "this place is the bomb.com" but now, not so much. I made an order and they messed it up, but instead of just coming clean and fixing the issue they straight up lied to me. They said they'd change it for the next catalog. But guess what? They never did. Those sneaky liars just straight up lied to me.

Update on [protected]: So I take magnesium and calcium to stop my legs from cramping up like crazy at night. But when I was taking the Puritan's Pride pills, my legs were getting worse and worse. The cramps were hitting me more often than ever before. But then I switched to pills from a different provider, still the same dose and all, but guess what? Haven't had a cramp since. That's right, my friends, same supplement but a totally different outcome. So take that as you will.

But nope, they wouldn't do a thing for someone who had been a loyal customer for over 12 years, spent over $5,000, and referred four paying customers to them.

Puritan's Pride is an alright company to get your vitamins at a fair cost. However, they spam your inbox with too many emails, even if you try to opt out of them, which is a huge turn-off for me. Other than that annoyance, they have exceptional deals like buy two, get three free offers that they always have going on and regularly abolish shipping and handling fees when you hit a specific minimum order. So I placed an order on the 1st of November with Puritan's Pride via their website puritan.com. I received an email shortly after confirming my order, saying that my products had been shipped. However, it is now the 22nd of November and I still haven't received my order. I've tried emailing them, but my emails keep bouncing back to me. Then I tried using their on-site contact form, but for some reason I couldn't submit it.

I'm starting to worry now. Does anyone know if they have a phone number I can call to speak to someone directly? I'm beginning to think maybe they're not really trading anymore, or worse, maybe it was all just a scam.

One thing that also puzzles me is why a company based in America has an Australian web address, puritanspride.com.au. It's all very strange and confusing, to be honest.

I really hope someone from Puritan's Pride sees this and can help me with my order. As a customer, I just want to receive the products I ordered and paid for. It's frustrating not being able to get through to anyone or get any answers.

I made a purchase of Vitamin D-3 and K2 1000 IU/45 mcg on February 22, 2017. My receipt number is ***. Unfortunately, on the very next day, I received an email from Puritan's Pride stating that my order had been cancelled. I was very disappointed when I found out, and immediately requested a refund. Regrettably, to this day, I still have not received it. I find this to be unacceptable as a consumer.

I have sent several emails to the company, but my refund has not been processed even after 22 days of waiting. This has caused me a great deal of frustration. I am still hopeful that they will refund my money soon, but my experience with Puritan's Pride has not been a positive one.

Puritan's Pride has some really good products that have worked well for me. However, I must admit that they tend to be out of stock quite frequently. It's really quite frustrating.
