I have an open cellphone account with Public Mobile and get charged every month , but can't log-on to my account to get balances, statements, rewards, etc..!

This has been going on for months and Telus the parent company of PM can't do anything.

Also there are no phone numbers, offices and stores for PM.

There was online access in the beginning and a way to deal with a CHATBOT and submitting a TICKET for information or complaint...

Alas, as it is now, the site sometimes accepts my name and then shows WAIT or EXIT or MAINTENANCE and stops..!

Supposedly there is a COMMUNITY system to resolve a problem but you have to first access your account so , of no use to me ..!

Desired outcome: I am looking to be able to LOG-ON into my account like when I subscribed a few years back..
