It was my third renewal no issues at all easy and understandable course with great explanations and information also outside the box. you can watch the videos back and forth and also be able to send questions and get answers. Highly recomended.

This is a very effective and efficient recertification program for those of us with a modest amount of field experience and who need to keep basic first aid and CPR skills fresh and certified. Thanks for creating a good, reasonably priced product!

I found this course to be very worthwhile! I truly appreciated the very thorough presentations for each topic. Every aspect was clear, concise and relevant! A great reminder of the value of being prepared for all circumstances that one might encounter!

It was most informative and really makes you think.it expanded on the normal CPR and gave real life situation's.it allows you to do it at your pace and time. The instructor was able to keep you engaged and interested. I would recommend it to all my colleagues

Fantastic course. I take this as a requirement for my licensing. You can go back and watch all the videos anytime for free and the weekly email videos are incredibly interesting and informative. I'll say this is my second renewal through them, never a problem.

Great program for price. Everything was reviewed before you were re-certified by a pro. In times of Covid, it is a great way to get a re-certification. I could see concerns if it were your first time but again, NOT for re-certification. Will use again when needed.

I really enjoyed taking the ProTrainings class with you guys. It was very informative, and I am looking forward to doing the continuing education courses every 30 days with you guys. I could have taken it other places for cheaper, but I am grateful that I did it and did it with you guys.

Very easy to follow and understand. Loved there were so many topics covered as some here in this course, are not found in other previous trainings I have done. Comprehensive and thorough! I liked being able to stop and start as needed since the training was so long. Bonus, videos were available after completion.

I very recently got certified in Childcare First Aid CPR. I am starting a new job they require First Aid CPR for adult, children and infants, and I have been certified several times already. I appreciate the option you offer to challenge the exam so that I didn't have to start from scratch! You saved me a lot of time!

Very easy to use and follow along with! I loved the questions presented after each video, it allowed me to take what I just learned and apply it. The scenario skits were relevant and fun to watch which kept me engaged during the course. I feel I could accurately and successfully administer CPR and first aid in any situation!

This course was easy to follow and contained all the information needed and then some! I appreciated that I could take the test without having to redo all of my training. That being said, the program gave a rationale for each correct answer. I would recommend this course to anyone needing either a refresher course, a certification renewal, and/or both.

The ProTrainings Body Art course was thorough and easy to understand. So easy a Tattoo Artist can do it! Being able to stop and start was helpful. I was concerned about losing progress, it wasn't an issue at all. I had a few instances of the videos loading weird with the top menu bar. It didn't affect full screen mode and didn't crash, so no big deal. I would recommend it.

I've used ProTrainings three times for CPR recertification. The company provides excellent, informative, and professional training from skilled professionals. I have found the trainings to be just as good as the in-person trainings I've received. The online format is extremely convenient. You can certify at any time. I appreciate that you do not need to pay until after you pass the exam and qualify for certification.

I am very happy to have access to this format for quick and reliable first aid training without need for a formal classroom. I get just as much benefit as having a live instructor. This is probably my fourth time taking this course and I wanted to skip straight to the test but find watching all the videos a great way to refresh and strengthen my skills. I feel confident in carrying on in my profession in the case that medical attention is warranted.

Comprehensive training by an excellent instructor. Creates and stages each lesson in the environment you're likely to use the training in each circumstance. Pool - Drownings; Kitchen - Burns; Shop and warehouse - Injuries. In this way you are shown the environment and other factors to look out for in that environment, your not going to get that kind of insight in a brick and mortar classroom. You are also reminded of bedside manners such as asking permission say during a choking incident. They can nod and then you can proceed. Very encouraging and they deal with mitigating common fears that prevent action. I would recommend this course for anyone.

This is a wonderful option for those who need to or want to refresh their First Aid/ CPR/AED skills and/or certification but do not have the time or money to do a traditional 8 hour in person class. They clearly and accurately address the current standards and protocols, in line with the American Heart Association, and clearly highlight any new changes to those standards. The ability to take the modules at your own pace and availability is amazing. If all you need is the lecture portion, then you can do that as a refresher. If you do need the supervised "hands on" testing, they have options to arrange that as well for a reasonable price, though I have not yet had a need to use that service. The big thing to remember (and they DO make this clear if you are listening at all to the introduction module and/or read the course description) is that not all employers/organizations will accept this form of recertification yet. This is not a reflection on the program, this is due to many companies not yet being updated in their own polocies to recognize this option. So, it is the customer's responsiblity to make sure this service is one that will meet their needs. If so, then I highly recommend the course and look forward to continuing using them in the future.

The ads made me believe it is American Heart Association training. My company do not accept any other CPR, except by American Heart Association. I need my refund to get American Heart Association training certificate.

My company does not accept my CPR card that I purchased from you online. It's not the valid card and I would like a full refund, please and thank you. I purchased it on February 1. I went on this site because it said it was accepted, but come to find out it's not and it said 99% of companies accept it, but they DO NOT. Please refund my $49.95.
