I have been bombarded by this company with mail and phone calls. I no longer own the house they were trying to purchase and today I got yet another offer from them for $271,280. I sold the house last month for $355,000. They advertise that they buy houses "as is" and that is how I sold the house. It is better to get a good real estate agent than to use these companies.
