I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Promstyle. I ordered my daughter's prom dress way back in April, and I even paid extra for expedited shipping so we could get it in time for her prom on May 14th. But then, things started to go wrong. I tried to cancel my order because we no longer needed the dress, but they told me there was a glitch in the system and it was delayed. I mean, come on, couldn't they have sent an email or something to let me know?

Anyway, I kept trying to cancel and get a refund, but it was like pulling teeth. They kept telling me it was shipped out in June, even though I had already told them we didn't need it anymore. And then, get this, they told me I had to ship the dress back at my own expense and they would only give me a 20% refund. Are you kidding me? That's like nothing for a $250 dress.

Honestly, I think this company is a total scam. They don't care about their customers at all, and they're just trying to make a quick buck. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I think they should be sued and shut down for good.

In addition, when my daughter's friend finally got her dress, it looked like it was a costume fit for Halloween! I tried contacting their customer service, but it's just darn impossible getting through. Their complaints department only sends emails that the dress shipping time had changed. The website states that there ain't supposed to be any shipping fee for orders over a hundred bucks, but the people at Promstyle still taxed me another $5 for this supposed international shipping (it was charged separate, mind you!). I'm just very thankful that my bank was so keen and recognized their dodgy dealings. Thank goodness, I had to drive 5 hours for a last minute 2nd dress. So, please y'all, do yourself a favor and don't be fooled by their tempting traps! Stay away from Promstyle! You'll only be getting ripped off!

My experience with Promstyle was simply disappointing. I recently purchased a dress from them, and to my dismay, the quality was less than subpar. The dress appeared to be made by someone who is a novice in a sewing class. In addition, one of the shiny things that was on the dress was stuck in the zipper, making it nearly impossible to even unzip the dress.

When I initially saw the picture of the dress on the website, it appeared to be made of glass or some type of sparkly material. In actuality, the dress was adorned with tiny, cheap-looking, shiny circles that only made the dress appear to be tacky.

All of these issues resulted in an overall terrible experience, and I would recommend that you do not waste your time with Promstyle. In conclusion, I would certainly recommend that you secure a dress from another retailer, unless you want to be disappointed and feel like your purchase was a waste of money.

I am so frustrated with Promstyle right now. I ordered a dress on January 19th and it said it would be shipped within 24 hours. I even paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to be 1 to 3 days. But it's already February 7th and still no dress! I missed my friend's party because of this and I'm really upset.

I want my money back! These people are scammers and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Zero stars! I will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back.
