I couldn't believe it when Proliance Public Adjusting, Inc. came to my parents' neighborhood asking for "work" without wearing any masks. It's not a good way to get business by not trying to stop the spread of COVID-19.

I had a good time dealing with Proliance. The adjusters were awesome to work with and super informative. Liz in the office kept checking in with me to make sure I knew what was going on with the project!

I really suggest Proliance *** They replaced our roof and we think they did a great job. I spoke with *** today when he checked the roof, and he told me everything was fine. He went up on the roof like I asked to make sure everything was okay, and then he used a drone to take pictures of all parts of the roof. Good company and friendly representatives. *** you *** and thanks Proliance for finishing our roofing.

I remeber getting a knock on the door and David asking if I wanted a roof inspection. Hav gone down that road I told him I wasn't interested. He listened and Empathized with me I figured it could not hurt so I said yes. After a thorough inspection and lots of due diligence, my roof was approved for a full replacement. He kept me in the loop and got the job done. I would highly recommend proliance's services to anyone looking for work anywhere around your house!

Proliance Public Adjusting, Inc. and Proliance General Contractors were really nice, professional, and fast. They helped me deal with my insurance company to make sure I got the most out of my money. The work they did was really good quality. They finished my house and garage roof in just one day. They cleaned up everything really well too. Gregory Walker was always there to answer any questions I had during the whole process, and James was on-site to address any worries. James did the final inspection and answered the few questions we had. Thanks for the awesome service!

I got hurt cuz of a work accident like two years ago. I figured hiring a public adjuster was my best bet since I can't climb up on my roof and check out the damage myself. We've had some real bad storms in the area lately. Proaliance came over, checked out the damage, and their public adjuster got in touch with my insurance company. They told me I'd hear from someone within 14 days. But guess what? I got a call from their dude Amiri in less than a week, and we've been talking back and forth on email and phone to keep me in the loop. My insurance company agreed to cover the roof, and in under 2 weeks, they wrapped up the claim. Now, less than a month later, I met up with Greg from their crew to discuss what materials and insurance coverage I want. Since I'm injured, it's tough for me to get around, so I was stoked to find out that Proaliance handles all the permit paperwork with the village and even deals with the HOA for any other docs they need. Just waiting on a final date for the work to start. So far, everything's going pretty smooth, and I can't wait to have our new roof.

The process is finally done and I have a roof, which is not too bad. The mechanics of the process were frustrating and harder than they should have been. I reckon some of the issues might be because the office was closed or people were trying to work from home. Here are some things that stood out. During the initial contract discussion, Kasia didn't seem to know what work the general contractors could do (gutter guards) and took a while to get back to me. Eventually, I went with another option for the guards, but she decided to make a change to the contract instead of writing a new one. I think this caused a lot of problems. They handled the initial contacts with my insurance pretty well. The arrangements for the *** checks seemed alright. While we were waiting for the contractor to schedule the work, there was another wind storm and they contacted my insurance (probably to try and get more money)...but then they didn't follow up. So, I was getting calls and texts from an adjuster every day. This went on FOR WEEKS and Proliance couldn't call the guy and cancel the inspection. I had to finally call the office and get pretty upset before ANYONE from their office would reach out and solve the problem. Why am I dealing with the insurance company when I'm working with a public adjuster? THAT'S THEIR JOB. The work eventually got done (it took longer than the 1 day they said, but they came back and finished it). They put the satellite dish back on, even though it was clearly stated in the scope to NOT REPLACE it...but they did it in the change order, of course. Then they called to schedule the gutter installation. I had to remind them about the change order, which didn't include any gutter work. Then they made two trips to come out and remove the satellite dish and fix it properly. After that, they called me four different times to tell me I still had a large out-of-pocket cost remaining. Of course, that was the original contract with the gutter...not the change order. I had to explain multiple times that the amount was much lower...according to the change order. So, overall, the experience was a success...but the performance of this company was not great.

James and Dave has done a great job with the inspection of work done by proliance General contractors. Great service and people.

I would highly recommend this company as they got my roof approved quickly. Kasia did a great job explaining all the options available to us.

Proliance Public Adjusting are a very knowledgeable company. They know how to speak that insurance claim lingo great. I'd call them again and refer them to friends and family.

This company is wonderful and I can not recommend them enough. I have been lucky enough to have Proliance working for us. They have an absolutely wonderful employee called Lizbeth ***. She has been truly amazing and has made the whole process easier. They are constantly giving you updates about what is going on and answer any questions that you might have.

This is simply to thank and recommend the reliable great team of individuals that constitute the Proliance General Contractors Inc. for the magnificent work that they had performed recently at my home to replace the roof that was damaged by a hail storm. They promptly, tenaciously and from the very beginning contacted my insurance provider to make the arrangements to get the contract to change my roof. Once approved, they worked diligently in a single day, protected my flowers and trees, and picked up the debris, they also verify that no harm was done at the property while they were working. I am personally satisfied and extremely grateful, for the excellent customer service and their human concern shown towards my own recovery, since I suffer from a vehicular accident at that time. Proliance did everything possible to support my wife during our difficult times. It was gratifying to learn that the customer contact information representative Miss Andrea ***, supported and assisted my wife in a very professional manner.
