Printed Kicks review: Never received item I ordered and paid for

I ordered a sweatshirt from Printed Kicks on December 9th 2022. I paid for it and the shipping. I never received my order and have tried reaching out to them numerous times through emails and am not getting any answers to where my order is. They give me the run around on when it will be out for delivery. I have no tracking number to track my order or a phone number to actually speak to a person. Please help me get my money back or at least the item I purchased. Its been way over a month. Thank you
