Deletes negative/critical reviews from product pages I had recently purchased an article of clothing in my usual size, when it arrived it did not fit true to size, and was made of a disappointingly cheap material. I had left an honest and critical review of the item on the product page. They do not have free return shipping, which I was aware of, so that is why I decided to do diligent research on the item before purchasing, there were only a handful of 5 star reviews for the item so I decided to purchase it. After leaving my review I received an e-mail asking for me to contact them, when I went to the product page my review was no longer listed. I inquired about why my review was not present, and why no critical reviews were present and this was their response: "Not all reviews are posted, as you can appreciate we receive an extremely high volume of reviews that are screened for a number of things (profanity, spelling, language, content, relativity and so on) and from the ones that pass these general screenings, reviews are filtered and posted at random! So although all reviews are assessed and passed onto the appropriate departments you may not always see them posted on the website. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback!" Had I seen any honest reviews about the item, how it fit or the material it was made out of I would not have purchased in the first place. Very shady business practice to delete/not post critical reviews of the items, lack of transparency to buyers.
