Let me share my recent experience with you. I received a couple of Christmas presents from Primark, but unfortunately, they were the wrong size. Now, these items had all the necessary tickets and barcodes attached, clearly indicating that they were from Primark. Since they were gifts, I didn't have the receipts. So, I thought it would be a simple task to exchange them for the right size. Boy, was I wrong!

I approached the cashier and explained my situation, hoping for a quick resolution. To my dismay, both the cashier and the manager informed me that it is Primark's policy to not exchange goods without a receipt, no matter the reason. Can you believe it? I was left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

Make sure you keep those receipts handy because Primark is clearly using their unfair policy to wield their power over the unsuspecting public. Deliberately not providing receipts to removecrights of consumer rught to return. Have bank statement proof of payment. They have means to open their system, locate receipt USING my bank statement proof. Need to honour refund. Deliberate sabotage right to refund. Totally underhand and deliberate malpractice. Purposeful deceit. Reprimand. Investigate primark.

I went to Primark in metro centre Newcastle, purchased 4 items, asked for a price on a nighty bottom at the till, the cashier gave me the price, then I told him I didn’t want it, he took the item, but forgot to remove it from my receipt & I’ve been charged for it. As you can see on my receipt attached below.

I went back today to return the others & spotted that on my receipt during refund, I spoke to the manager, asked her to check the camera, same as they do in other stores, but she refused & asked me to write to you instead. Her name is Alison. This is ridiculous as it’s not my fault, I’m very unhappy about your service and how I got treated. I didn’t find the manager very helpful, like other managers will look straight into the camera to see the evidence.

I would like you to look into the camera for me & want my £15.00 back. As you understand £15.00 is a lot of money.
