I am a plus size woman and the clothing and shoes I buy from Catherine's may be expensive but they last a very long time. They clothes are incredible. Will keep shopping with them.

Catherines Positive Experience

I have found their site to be easy to navigate. I found having the live chat to ask questions to be very helpful. I feel the clothes are of a very good quality. I love being able to pick the order up at the store. You may also make your returns at the store's so you don't have to pay any return fees.

Catherines Awesome!

On the 6 of September, 2022 I orded 3 dresses from Catherines online. Received them on the 12th. I love my new dresses. They are perfect in size and fit. They are so soft. Love them! I'm sorry that others have had bad experiences with Catherines, however, for me, it was an awesome shopping experience.

Catherines Soft comfortable clothes with style!

My go-to place for work clothes. I was given several outfits for Christmas for a new job.
I love them so much I want the work pants in every color and have recommended to coworkers and friends. I love the site to store feature so that I can browse for the perfect outfit online, then try it on in the store for the perfect fit.

Catherines So thrilled!

I was so happy to see that Catherines came out with black and Jean coloered knit Jean pullons with working pockets in the front and the back last year! I ordered 4 pairs! Then I found the same colors and style in capris a week ago and ordered another 4 pair! So thrilled! Keep it up! Would be even better if more colors would be available! Yippee! I cannot find these anywhere else!

Catherines I would like to give a cuddo to your employee

I visited your store in Longview Texas & was greeted by your employee-Lytandra (store#***). She is a real asset to Catherines. Ms Lytandra was exceptionally polite throughout my transaction. She was extremely patient& helpful to me. Being in a wheelchair didn't alter her profession attitude & helpfulness to other customers. Ms Lytandra made my shopping experience delightful. Catherines online shopping is easy.

You start by choosing your price range, size, color. Appearel. Tops, bottoms, etc.
Your choices are appear, they give excellent descriptions, there's a size chart available.
After you have made your choices, check-out is easy. They take all major credit cards, including their own.
You can pay for shipping to your home or have your purchase sent free to your nearest Catherines Store.

Catherines GREAT STORE!

I've been shopping at Catherines in Poughkeepsie for the past 4 years. Buy all my clothes there. L love this store for several reasons. It does not matter who is working in the store I always receive first class service every time. The staff always goes out of their way to be helpful. I'm always shocked at the register by the final total. After they count all the discounts and perks, my bill is always much lower than I expect. I love the fashions and it is very rare that I walk out with out buying something. LOVE LOVE this store. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Catherines A store that gets my fit with style & Sass!

Recently, I visited Catherines in Parma, ohio(store 5777). I have always found the clothing at catherine's to be for the "older" crowd, im 32 and need clothing that is flattering but trendy as well! I needed a bra bad. My mom and I were blown away at the level of personal care this wonderful store gave us! Both employees worked together to give me information on the many types of bras to get my perfect fit! Andrea Ramos was so patient and stepped me through to my fit down to my activity! The biggest shocker was the variety and flavor of clothing catherines now has to offer! I am really looking forward to the social events Andrea hipped us to. Forever grateful. Thank you to the store, 2 employees and most of all. Thank you Catherines!

Catherines Rip off

Ordering a bra was very simple. Getting it delivered to me was ridiculously difficult. First I placed the oroder. Next I received confirmation of my order along with a msg that the bra was on back order. I responded with a request to refund my money. The almost immediately replied that the order had been shipped. Then when I checked the status of the order they said they would notify me via email once it shipped! Had it been shipped or had it not? Contradictory messages. I tried to cancel on their website but all I could find was a return order so I clicked it. Now I'm informed that once I return the bra which I do not have and no longer want due to the poor business practices of this company I will then receive a refund less shipping and a 10. 43 return fee. This company should be forced to change their "business" practices or shut down completely. They are, in my opinion, stealing customers' money.

Recommendation: Do not throw your money away on these people. I checked reviews after I placed an order. My bad, but it's really on them for stealing from me.

Catherines Disappointing Experience with Catherine's: Terrible Customer Service and Backorders

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at Catherine's. Honestly, I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I'd really think twice. I mean, I didn't even pay for my items yet, but I still didn't receive them. I kept getting emails and regular mail saying that my items were on backorder, and then I'd wait another month and get the same message again. It was really frustrating.

Just recently, I got a note telling me to either send an email or call if I still wanted my items, or they'd be cancelled. But when I called, I was either put on hold forever or there was no answer at all. It was really terrible customer service.

And then, today, I got a short email saying that my order had been cancelled and they were sorry for the inconvenience. But like I said, I hadn't even paid for the items yet. They shouldn't have strung me along for weeks and weeks, making me think I might actually get my jeans.

Honestly, it's just not a good way to run a business. There's no honesty or transparency anymore. When the physical stores were still open, it was so much easier to get what you wanted. It's really a shame.

So, if you're reading this and considering ordering from Catherine's, I'd really recommend being cautious. You'll probably just end up disappointed like I did.

Catherines Poor Customer Service and Spam Emails: My Experience with [Website Name]

This website is not very good. They send a lot of emails like spammers, and they don't even check to see if they have the right email address before they start sending them out. It's really annoying! Some lady who is plus size and old used my email address to sign up for their mailings, and she was really rude about it. I'm a teenage boy, not someone who wants to wear plus size clothes! I don't know why she would do that.

Anyway, I tried to unsubscribe from their emails, but they wouldn't let me. They kept asking for my name, address, and order number, which I didn't want to give them. It's really rude that they won't let me unsubscribe. I tried to talk to someone on their online chat, but they didn't help me at all. They said they would take care of it, but they didn't.

I had to talk to someone else on their online chat two-and-a-half weeks later, and they finally helped me unsubscribe. But they were really ignorant about it. They didn't even ask why I wanted to unsubscribe. I had to tell them that I'm a teenage boy who doesn't want to receive emails about plus size clothes for old ladies. It's really messed up that they would think I would want that.

Overall, this website is not very good. They send a lot of annoying emails, and they don't make it easy to unsubscribe. The people who work there are really ignorant and rude. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.

Catherines Disappointing Experience with Catherine's: Slow Shipping and Payment Issues

I recently had an experience with Catherine's, and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I placed an order and waited patiently for five business days, only to find out that my order had not been shipped yet. To make matters worse, they charged me a whopping $9.99 for regular shipping, which I found to be outrageously expensive.

I decided to call their customer service to inquire about my order's status, and to my surprise, two different representatives told me that my payments had not gone through. I was taken aback because I knew that my payments had gone through without any issues. Feeling ripped off, I contacted my bank to investigate the matter, and they confirmed that the payment had gone through successfully.

I was frustrated and decided to file a dispute with my bank. However, later that day, I received a call from another manager who informed me that they don't take the payment until they ship the order. I had to go through the hassle of backing out the dispute from my bank.

When I asked them when they would ship my order, they told me that it could take 7 to 14 days. I was shocked because their website clearly stated that they would ship the order within five business days. I expressed my disappointment, but they didn't seem to care at all.

I couldn't believe that they charged me $9.99 for regular shipping and still couldn't ship my order on time. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I mean, if they're going to charge such an exorbitant amount for shipping, they should at least ship the order promptly.

To make matters worse, I heard that their merchandise is cheaply made, and I don't know if I will even receive my swimsuit before fall. I am extremely disappointed with Catherine's, and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them unless they have a lot of time to wait for their product.

In conclusion, my experience with Catherine's was terrible, and I hope they improve their services in the future.

Catherines Disappointing Experience with Catherine's Customer Service and Technical Support

I recently had an experience with Catherine's that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. After placing an order on their website, I received some unexpected and unwanted text messages containing pornography. To make matters worse, I also received a phone call from scammers claiming that someone had made a fraudulent purchase on my Amazon account.

Despite the fact that I had only given my information to Amazon and Walmart, I decided to reach out to Catherine's customer service to see if they could help me figure out what was going on. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service team was less than satisfactory.

When I called and asked to speak to someone in their IT department, the first woman who answered the phone told me that she only handled calls related to Catherine's orders, not Eighty Avenue (which I assume is some sort of technical support department). I asked her to transfer me to someone who could help, and eventually I was connected with another woman who seemed equally confused and unhelpful.

Despite my attempts to explain the situation, this second woman kept insisting that she didn't handle Walmart (even though I had only mentioned Walmart as one of the two stores that had my phone number). She also seemed to have no idea what department could help me with computer problems, and when I asked if she was in the US, she assured me that she was (even though her accent suggested otherwise).

To make matters worse, there was a lot of static on the line during our conversation, and when I asked about it, she told me that it was just her bosses listening in. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the level of professionalism or competence displayed by Catherine's customer service team.

In the end, I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. While I can't say for sure whether Catherine's was responsible for the unwanted text messages and phone calls I received, I was definitely not impressed with their customer service or their ability to handle technical issues. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy online retailer, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Catherines Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products from Catherine's - My Experience

I've been a Catherine's customer for years and never had a problem with anything I bought from them. But it's been a while since I last made a purchase. My sister recently told me about some jeans she bought from Catherine's, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered them online in June 2021 and received them in July. I had to have them hemmed, so I didn't wear them until the end of July. I don't go out much, so I only wore my new jeans once or twice a week for a few hours each time.

A few weeks ago, I was pulling them on and realized that the waistband had completely separated from the jeans for about 2 to 3 inches. I took them off and then saw a hole the size of a dime where the brad holds the pocket on the jeans! I was mortified thinking I just showed off my underwear at the grocery store to whomever might have been behind me! So, I called customer service and told them what had happened. The lady I spoke to told me to email all the information with some pictures and that I should hear back within three or four days. However, I never heard anything, and after a week and a half, I called back. The person I spoke to told me that's not what should've happened and basically said too bad so sad! I asked to speak to a manager, and he said the same thing. I had asked for a replacement pair of jeans or a refund, but they refused, saying that my 30 days to return something was long past.

At that point, it had been about 2 1/2 months, and I was very frustrated. I don't think a $50 pair of jeans should have fallen apart that quickly. Anyway, I was mad and frustrated, so I told the guy screw you and your company, and he told me the same thing. Needless to say, I would give them a rating of an F, and I will never buy anything from them again. It's a shame because I used to love Catherine's, but their customer service is terrible, and their products are not worth the money.

Catherines Catherine's Review: Poor Sizing and Terrible Customer Service

Let me tell you about my experience with Catherine's. I ordered six items from their website and paid almost $40 for shipping. But when the items arrived, I was extremely disappointed. Five of the items were way too big, even though I had carefully measured myself and studied the size charts and reviews. The only item that fit was a pantsuit that I had ordered two sizes smaller than usual because the reviews said it ran big. Clearly, Catherine's sizing is all over the place and not as advertised.

But that's not even the worst part. When I tried to return the items, I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping myself. And not only that, I would have to ship it to the one location in my town that could accept the return, which was 40 minutes away from my home. I spoke to two supervisors and spent hours of my time trying to get a refund for the shipping cost, which was only $10.99. It was a huge hassle and a waste of my time.

To make matters worse, when I called Catherine's customer service number, my phone identified it as a "scam likely" number. That's not a good sign.

Overall, I would not recommend Catherine's to anyone. Their clothing is poorly made and their customer service is terrible. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Catherines Disappointing Online Experience: My Review of Catherine's Plus Size Clothing

Catherine's used to be my go-to store for plus size clothing, but ever since they closed their physical stores in mid-2020, their online service has gone downhill. Not only have their styles and choices declined, but their prices have remained high. I've been a loyal customer since they were called P.S. Plus Sizes, and I've always waited for sales and clearance to buy their clothes. Despite the high prices, I've always felt that their quality was worth it. However, I've been disappointed with their "new" online store. They're selling items that I bought on clearance two years ago as "new" items at full price. It's frustrating to see the same patterns and colors being advertised as new.

What's even more disappointing is that Catherine's has joined with other plus size online retailers to create a "one stop shop" website. It's difficult to navigate, and it feels like the experience has been cheapened. You have to filter by brand if you only want to see certain brands, and if you back out of looking at something, you have to reapply the filter again. It's not user-friendly at all.

I used to love Catherine's because they always came out with new designs, colors, and patterns. But now, their choices and new styles are very limited compared to when they had their own physical stores. I'm also disappointed that I can't ship to the store for free anymore. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack to find free shipping on this site.

Overall, I'm sad to say that Catherine's has lost a lifelong customer with this move. I've started looking at other online plus size retailers because I'm not happy with the Catherine's brand anymore. It's a shame because I used to love their clothes and their quality. But now, I'll have to take a chance with other retailers.

Catherines Mixed Experience with Catherine's Online Customer Service

I had a problem with Catherine's a couple of years ago when they overcharged me for shipping to Canada. Their customer service was not helpful until I went to the Better Business Bureau. However, I decided to give them another chance this past summer when they had a sale. Unfortunately, I had trouble placing my order online and received four order verifications from Borderfree, but none from Catherine's. When I called customer service, they assured me that I would only receive one order, but I ended up with four. Luckily, I was able to return three of them during a trip to the states.

When I tried to place another order, it went through smoothly, but I received someone else's order instead of mine. I contacted customer service through their website, but it was a mess. The representative asked for photos of the items I received, but couldn't open them. I sent them again, but she said I didn't display the tags in the photos. I sent the same photos again with the tags circled, but she still couldn't open them. She never addressed whether I would receive my actual order or not. After two days of back and forth, the representative told me my payment would be refunded immediately, and I would not receive my order. When I received my credit card statement, I had not been reimbursed and was charged for the other customer's order.

I contacted customer service again, and they said my refund would take six weeks and they would remove the other customer's charge. I did receive my refund eventually, but I ended up paying the other charge because I didn't want to deal with their customer service again. I won't shop Catherine's online again, but they do sell good quality plus-sized clothing, which is hard to find.

Catherines Full Beauty Brands Review: Terrible Experience with Woman Within Catalog

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with FULL BEAUTY BRANDS a couple of years ago when I tried to order from their Woman Within catalog. I mean, come on, they sent me the wrong item! Instead of the jeans I ordered, they sent me these HUGE men's sports pants that weren't even in the catalog. And when I called to complain, they were not very nice about it. They wouldn't even admit that they made a mistake! It's like they just sent me whatever they had lying around and expected me to just deal with it. And to top it off, they wouldn't even pay for the return postage. Can you believe that? If I had sent it back, I would have had to pay for the return postage and they probably would have charged me a restocking fee too. I ended up just paying the bill and donating the sports pants to charity because I didn't want to deal with them anymore.

But that's not even the worst part. Six months later, I get a collections agency notice saying that I didn't pay the bill! I mean, I did pay it, and I even have proof, but they still sent me to collections. I had to contact the collection agency, Full Beauty headquarters, and all the credit bureaus just to clear my name. It's like they were trying to harass me or something. And now, they're sending me catalogs again? No way am I going to deal with them again.

So, if you're thinking about ordering from FULL BEAUTY or any of its companies like Catherine's or Woman Within, just be warned. You're not going to have a very pleasant experience. Don't expect to receive anything that even remotely resembles what you ordered, and be prepared to clear up any collections proceedings they initiate (even if you paid the bill in full). It's just not worth it to have dealings with this business or any of its associated companies. They're just not reputable.

Catherines Worst customer service I've ever experienced

I had an issue with Catherine's overcharging me for shipping (I'm in Canada) a couple of years ago. Catherine's customer service refused to back down until I went to the Better Business Bureau, and it was resolved within a day, in my favour. I didn't shop Catherine's again until this past summer, thinking I'd give them another chance. They were having a sale, so I tried to make an online purchase. Every time I tried to place my order, I'd get a message saying it didn't go through and to try again. I did that four times until it worked. Then I received four order verifications from Borderfree (Catherine's partner), though NONE from Catherine's that my orders had gone through. I called Catherine's customer service immediately to make sure that I would receive only 1 order. The rep assured me that I'd receive only one. I received 4. Luckily, I was planning a trip to the states so I was able to return 3 of them easily. Back home, I tried to place an order once more. The order went through smoothly and I thought I'd have no problems this time around. When I received a package from Catherine's, I was shocked to see that I'd received another customer's order. I contacted them through their website (because the international customer service phone number doesn't always work) and explained what happened. I asked if I were going to receive my actual order, how to deal with the order I received. (Canadians don't get the option of being able to return things for free. We have to pay the shipping.) It became a gong show. The rep asked for photos of the items I received, with the tags visible, and the info on the packing slip. I sent them, exactly as asked. The rep said she couldn't open the "attachments". (I send them in the body of the email, and not as attachments.) I tried again. Same result. I tried sending them one at a time. She was able to open each of them, but said that I'd neglected to display the tags in the photos. I sent the identical photos AGAIN, with the tags/numbers circled. (I've included one of the pics I sent to Catherine's, as requested.) She said she couldn't open my "attachments". Not once did she address the issue of if I were going to actually receive the order I paid for (which, btw, was double the amount of the other customer's order) This went on for two days, In the end, the rep told me that my payment would be refunded immediately, I would NOT be receiving my order, and that I should "throw away" the other customer's order. (I donated them to a shelter.) When I received my next credit card statement, not only had I not been reimbursed, I'd also been charged for the other customer's order! I contacted them once again, and was told that my refund would take 6 weeks and they'd remove the other customer's charge. I did receive my refund eventually, but ended up paying the other charge because I just couldn't face dealing with their customer service again. I will never shop Catherine's online, again. I wish I could say I won't shop them ever, but they do sell good quality plus-sized clothing, and that's difficult to come by.

Catherines Oh Goody! Received a Catherine's Catalog Today! (Sarcasm)

Why in the world would FULL BEAUTY BRANDS send me any of their catalogs after the horrible and dishonest way they treated me when I attempted to purchase an item from one of their catalogs (Woman Within) a couple of years back? (Lol... that's really amusing)! The catalog looks well in the bird cage with "bird substance" on it... big grin. A couple of years back when I ordered from their Woman Within catalog, they sent me the wrong item. Instead of the jeans I ordered, they sent me HUGE men's sports pants (which is NOT even featured in a Woman Within catalog, but, instead, apparently... must be from one of their men's catalogs). When I called, they were not very nice and would not own up to their "mistake." (Obviously, when they run out of an item, they just send whatever and expect the recipient to shut up & pay up... the clothing "mafia"... no less). They refused to pay for return postage. If I would have sent it back, I would had had to pay the return postage and they would have most likely charged a restocking fee (even though the item was NOT even remotely what I had ordered)! I ended up and just paid the bill and actually donated the sports pants to a CHARITY (because I'm awesome that way... hahaha) just so I did not have to deal with FULL BEAUTY/WOMAN WITHIN anymore. Six months later (SURPRISE! SURPRISE!) I get a collections agency notice stating that I did not pay that bill when, in fact, I did PAY that bill. I contacted the collection agency directly in writing (special delivery) and also provided proof that the bill had been paid (yes! I keep excellent bookkeeping records) along with a desist letter. I also informed Full Beauty headquarters (special delivery) through the mail with a nice little explanatory letter (along with proof of payment of the bill). I also contacted all the credit bureaus. It seems to me that this company is very vindictive. I stood up for myself on the phone when I first called them to report that they sent me the wrong item. The Rep clearly did not appreciate being told that the company should CORRECT their mistake... & that they should NOT expect the customer to just blindly accept their total incompetence. I did not scream or yell or name call; however, I was very much to the point after the Rep refused to assist me as a customer in any way. I am guessing that this just didn't sit well... so hence, harassment through the mail six months later in the form of a collections agency letter that I did not deserve as the bill was paid in full even though the item was clearly NOT what I ordered. I just wanted to get rid of them (and here they are again shoving a catalog at me through the mail... lol)! So be warned! If one chooses to interact with FULL BEAUTY or any of its companies (Catherine's, Woman Within, etc), do not plan on a very pleasant experience. Definitely don't plan on receiving anything that even remotely resembles what you ordered. Catherines Scary, mean customer service associate. scared to come back in the store to shop

I had been to Westminster, CO store to purchase 10 pants, and a few dress tops and thought they were drop dead gorgeous, and the manager at that store was very helpful and friendly. Then I came back to the same store a week or so later, and decided to return a few pairs of pants and exchange them for other ones. I came into the store with my mask on, and was told, "You need to back up" in an ugly tone by the cashier with dark hair, whom I was told Miranda, who was a keyholder and cashier. She treated me as a sick person. I was not sick and I was wearing a mask. I backed up as she said, and waited and was not helped. She did not tell me it will be just a moment. She made me stand there for several minutes without saying anything and messing with her paperwork. I asked her if she knew how long the wait would be, and was told, "NO, when I'm ready". As I scooted up some when there was no one in front of me, she said, "YOU NEED to scoot back" again in a yelling tone. I was appalled. I scooted back again for the 2nd time, and she said it again a third time. I know how to social distance and wear a mask as no one was standing in line in front of me and the register had a face guard across the desk. I was treated like a sick criminal person. I told her that she didn't have to be so rude and she said, "If you smart off at me again, I will call the police. I got scared of her and left the store, because she was sturring up so much drama with me for no reason at all. I had never even met her before and I have been a customer with Catherines for a long time. I left the store angry, and then went to the Lakewood, CO store. I bought several pairs of pants there and then told them what happened at the Westminster, CO store, and the lady there called over to that store to get her name, and told Miranda at the Westminster store while I was standing at the register that I was going to report her to corporate, and told her to notate something I did. I didn't do anything to her. She refused to wait on me. I also wanted to buy an extra pair of pants at the Lakewood store, and was told I couldn't do that because she had already closed the register while I was still in the store with no warning. She didn't even ask me if I wanted to buy anything before she closed the register. There is not nearly the selection of clothes to order online and there are more nice looking clothes at the Westminster and Lakewood store. I didn't ever get ahold of the store manager of the Westminster store where the employee made threats at me. It was very irritating. How could you treat someone like they are a criminal or a sick person when all I wanted to was buy some clothes. It's a shame because now I don't have a catherines store to shop at anymore. They used to have a Catherines in Aurora, CO and closed that one down because of leasing issues as I was told. The Westminster store has very nice pretty selection of clothes but are so rude to me. How could they do this to someone? It should not be allowed period. I never have this experience at other stores I shop at. It's ridiculous how they can just discriminate against someone for no reason. I would like to get a hold of a district manager over these stores. I'm scared to shop there anymore because she threatens to call the police on me if I tell her she is being rude. Now I can't shop there even though I love their clothes. I can't get a hold of the store manager over that store. I have no way of knowing when she is working and scared I might get the lady again who threatened to call the police on me because I told her she was being rude. She is a drama queen, and targeted me to pick on when no one else was in the store. I can't believe your company would allow this to happen. That is harassment, and running off business. Your company makes money from people who buy clothes and she should have never refused service to me and threatened me the way that she did. I don't appreciate it, and I plan to take this to corporate.

Catherines Product and services

On August 7, 2023 I placed an order online with Catherine's $280.00 Worth of an order at that. I also had recieved several coupons for 40% and 50% off. Sp I wrote online to shop. When it came time to check out, I could not use either coupon so i called customer service. I was told that I cannot use them because I had one item on back order, I changed item and still was unable to use it. Called again and was tols that I cant use either becuase I have a third party vendor item in my cart(how does one know that you have a third parry vendor item if you are shopping on catherines website) she said in the description it will state third party smh..all these stipulations for a coupon. Anyways, I hung up and exchanged the items and still could not use it but the system placed the order anyways smh.. so I just chucked it up as a loss of discount and I needed these items so I placed the order..I have been a long time customer of theirs and so has my mother. I received a confirmation order email which said thank you for shopping with us and you will recieve a follow up email once your order has shipped...I never recieved that email so on August 11th I checked my order and it said no orders found. I called customer service and they stated that my order had been canceled...I said sooo my order was canceled and I was never advised and my Catherines card has a 300.00 balance. Who canceled this order? They had no answer for that so I asked for a supervisor which was not available. So they transferred me to a specialist named Mike whom kept cutting me off and I asked him if he can replace the order and he stated no..I asked why it was even canceled and he said he does not know..the only reason an order is canceled is even the customer cancles it or due to non payment. We'll, I didn't cancel it and it was placed on my catherines account so payment was recieved. I said so I cannot replace the order because the balance is taken off but my card, the order was canceled, I NEVER RECIEVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELED, I am waiting for an order to come that is not coming and you cannot help me in anyway? He said no and it will take 3-5 bus dys for my account to be credited. He nor the other agent offered any apologies for this inconvenience or the bad customer service that I have recieved. I am just [censored] outta luck basically! And catherines is over priced at that But we have ahoped there for years (a decade) becuase they have good quality items . I bought 2 bras for me, 2 for my mother and 2 pair of stockings each and it was 280.00...45.00 for one bra when Kohls has them for 20.00. The overall experience with Catherines was UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, EMBARRASSING And this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be closing my account! I will attach the bill...

Catherines Catherines and affiliate companies

One customer out of many with the same issues. In my case, I placed an order with Catherines and there were 2 items in the order. I received the first item on 6/5/23 for a tunic that cost $17.49, then I received an email stating that the 2nd item in the order, a long blue cardigan that cost 119.99 would be delayed and that the new shipment date would be 7/3, but I never received it.

Both items were given the same tracking number - even though they were sent in 2 different shipments, so when I called and emailed - repeatedly - for 2 weeks - asking about what happened to the cardigan - I keep getting the same response - saying that the tracking says that it was delivered on 6/5.

How could I have received the 2nd item on 6/5 - when the confirmation says that it was delayed and was not even shipped until 7/3? So, it is now 7/13/2023 - and I still have not received the 2nd item, the long blue cardigan and the customer service reps are continually giving me the run around. Why would they put the same tracking number on 2 different shipments? Fraud.

This is only one of the unresolved issues that I am dealing with now. I have at least 10 returns that I have made that were never refunded to my account. Where are my refunds?

The customer service company is very unhelpful and continually evasive. Based on my experience (and based on the record of many complaints being reported on the internet) - I think it is time for a class action lawsuit against FullBeauty Brands Operations, LLC and affiliates.

Catherines Terrible Return Policy: My Experience with Catherine's

I bought a dress for my son's wedding on Catherine's website for a whopping $200. When I received it and tried it on, it just didn't feel right. So, I decided to return it. I did some research and found out that the best option for me was to return it to a store in a community that was about 100 miles away from where I live. I was planning to be in that city anyway, so it made sense.

When I got to the store, I was told that they couldn't credit my account. They had to ship it back to the warehouse, and I would receive credit when they received it. I thought it was a bit strange, but they were busy and didn't seem to care much. I was already halfway home, about 50 miles away, when I realized that they didn't give me a receipt. I was worried, but I thought everything would be fine.

Fast forward three weeks later, and I still hadn't received any credit. I tried to track my dress, but there was no record of it anywhere. No tracking number, no evidence that I returned it, nothing. I was out $200, and I was furious. I called the customer service representative, and she was friendly. She reached out to the store where I returned the dress, but they couldn't do anything. She said that the store probably hung the dress up and sold it again. I was devastated.

I will never shop at Catherine's again, and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either. It's just not worth the risk.

Catherines Disappointing Experience with Catherine's: Long Wait, Poor Customer Service, and No Package in Sight

I've been a Catherine's fan for a long time, but I'm not so sure anymore. I ordered a bunch of stuff on April 8th, 2021, and I was so excited to get it. But then, on April 26th, I got an email saying that my order had finally shipped. That's a long time to wait, especially since the old Catherine's would have gotten it to me way faster.

But then, things got even worse. By May 8th, I still hadn't gotten my package. I tried to contact customer service, but it was a total joke. I sent emails and made phone calls, but nobody ever got back to me. Finally, after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I got through to someone on the phone. But they told me that they couldn't help me until 30 days after the shipping date! That's crazy!

I tried to track my package, but it was a mess. The post office was still waiting on Catherine's to send it, so it hadn't even shipped yet. It's been over a month now, and I'm still waiting. I'm on hold with customer service again, but I don't have high hopes. I might have to call my credit card company to get my money back.

I'm so disappointed in Catherine's. I used to love shopping there, but now I just want to warn everyone to stay away. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Catherines Disappointed with Catherine's Suprema Shorts and Customer Service

I been shoppin' at Catherine's for years now. When I could go into the store, I always found somethin' I liked. When they got bought out and closed the stores, I was hopin' the Suprema items would still be available, which they are. But, and I was afraid of this, I just ordered another pair of Suprema shorts and they ain't the same. I noticed right outta the package that the elastic waist was different. It's been a little over a month now and I'm just gettin' around to wearin' them. And, sadly, they not only have a different elastic waist, the whole fit is different. I got like twenty other pairs that I wear all the time so I know the fit real well. I also got several Suprema capris and pants. I also agree with some of the other posts here about the ridiculous shippin' fees and returns. I stopped orderin' anything but the Suprema 'cause I knew they'd fit but didn't wanna take a chance on somethin' else havin' to be returned. I had other issues with customer service and tryin' to order things. I guess I finally gotta say goodbye to Catherine's. :(

Catherines Catherine's Buy Two, Get One Free Offer Falls Short: Frustrating Customer Experience

So, I just got my package from Catherine's and I was pretty excited about the "buy two, get one free" offer. But when I opened it up, I only got two items. I was pretty bummed out, so I called up customer service to see what was going on. They told me that I should have added three items to my cart to get the free one. I was like, "What? That's not what it said!" I've been shopping at Catherine's for a long time, so I know what I'm doing. I tried to explain to them that their instructions were unclear, but they just didn't seem to get it.

I asked them if there was anything they could do to fix the situation, but they said that since the promotion was over, there was nothing they could do. I was so frustrated! I mean, come on, Catherine's! You're supposed to be a customer-friendly business. If you can't even work with your customers, then what's the point? I told them that if they couldn't make it right, I was going to take my business elsewhere.

It's not like there aren't other options out there for us plus-size ladies. I mean, I love Catherine's, but if they're not going to treat me right, then I'll just go to the Avenue or somewhere else. It's not rocket science, Catherine's. Just empower your call center employees to make decisions and make things right for your customers.

Catherines Warning: Catherine's is a Fraudulent Company - My Personal Experience

I want to share my experience with Catherine's, and let me tell you, it was not a good one. I highly recommend that you contact the Better Business Bureau and even go to the news about this company. They are stealing from their customers and committing fraud!

I placed an order three weeks ago and have yet to receive any email confirmation. However, they took my money right away. I have called them every three days to inquire about my order, but they always tell me that my shipment is at the post office. After two and a half weeks, I still had not received anything. When I called again, they told me that my order was sent back and that I could not get a refund until after 30 days. This is complete BS!

I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the person I was speaking to claimed to be the supervisor. I demanded to speak to another supervisor, but she refused. She even had the audacity to tell me that the customer service representative I spoke to earlier just told me anything to get me off the phone. How unprofessional!

I told her that I was recording our conversation, and she did not like that. But I needed proof of our conversation. She then told me that I did not have permission to record her, but I reminded her that she did not have permission to record my call either. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

I am now going to the Better Business Bureau to get results. I have heard from others that they have had similar experiences with Catherine's, and we need to make a difference. So, if you are thinking about ordering from Catherine's, I would advise you to think twice.

Catherines Disappointing Experience with Catherine's: Poor Customer Service and Glitches in System

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Catherine's. I mean, I was on hold for like, forever. And when I finally got through to someone, they treated me like I was some kind of liar or something. Like, seriously? I placed two orders this week and neither of the codes worked. So I called them up to let them know about the glitch in their system, and the rep just started yelling at me. And then the supervisor got on the line and said there was nothing she could do for me because I "forgot" to put the codes in. Like, what? I know how to fill out an order form, thank you very much.

The thing is, I've been ordering from Catherine's for over 10 years now. And the only reason I even bothered to place these orders is because they sent me an email apologizing for being so slow last year. They said they were sorry I had to wait so long (four months!), and asked me to give them another chance. So I did. And now I'm out $70 worth of codes, and who knows how long it's going to take for me to get my stuff.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Catherine's to anyone anymore. I'm done with them. Period.

Catherines Catherine's Online-Only Experience: Frustrating Wait Times and Horrific Customer Service

I used to be a big fan of Catherine's and would visit their stores whenever I could. I even went as far as getting their store card, which is something I never do. Their clothing was always comfortable and I loved it. However, things took a turn for the worse when they closed down all their stores and went online-only. It went from being a good experience to a profoundly horrific one.

When you order something from Catherine's, be prepared to wait for months, if it even arrives at all. And when you try to inquire about your order, you'll get the same answer every time - "It's coming" or "It's shipped". It's frustrating to say the least.

But the worst part is the customer service. When you call and politely ask what's going on with your order, you get treated like garbage. I've worked in call centers before, so I always try to be polite to customer service reps, but the person I spoke to was extremely impolite. She even swore at me and told me to "deal with it" before hanging up on me. When I called back, I got another rude customer service rep who refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

If Catherine's still had physical stores, I would consider dealing with them, but at this point, I've cut ties with them completely. I highly recommend that all their customers do the same and go to other stores such as Torrid. It's a shame because Catherine's used to have such a good product.

Catherines Terrible Customer Service Experience with Catherine's: A Warning to Plus-Size Shoppers

Their customer service is a total joke, I mean, come on! They shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves a customer service. I had a terrible experience with them recently when I placed an order for my sister's birthday present. I was so excited to surprise her with a beautiful outfit from Catherine's, but little did I know that my order wouldn't show up on their site until it was shipped, which took weeks!

I was freaking out because I couldn't find my order on their site, even when I typed in the order number that I had screen grabbed. So, I thought maybe I forgot to hit the place order button and reordered it. But, as luck would have it, I finally got an email stating that my first order had shipped. So, I called up the company to cancel the second order that I had placed only two days earlier, which didn't even show up on the website. But, guess what? Their response was, "too bad so sad we can't help you." Can you believe it?

They couldn't even contact the warehouse to see if the order had started processing. I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that? Oh, but if I wanted to email the company, someone might be able to help me. Wow, thanks for nothing!

There are so many other companies out there that cater to big and beautiful women like me, and I don't need to give my clothing budget to Catherine's or any of the subsidiaries attached to the Catherine's website. I mean, if they can't even provide decent customer service, then why bother?

Catherines Disappointing Experience with Catherine's Online-Only Business Model and Poor Customer Service

Catherine's used to be a great place to shop when they had physical stores, but since they've gone online-only, things have gone downhill fast. I placed two orders on April 4th and April 16th, paying $18.99 and $8.99 for shipping. I received a confirmation email for the larger order, which stated that it would take 1-2 days for processing and 7-12 business days for shipping. However, as of May 3rd, 2021, I still haven't received either of my orders.

When I called to inquire about my orders, I was told that one had shipped on April 30th and the other on May 1st. The website states that it can take up to 20 days to receive an order from the day it ships, which is different from what my confirmation email stated. I asked for a refund on shipping since they failed to meet their processing and shipping time frame, but the representative and supervisor both refused my request.

I was given a phone number for the Executive of Communications, but when I called, I only got a recording stating their hours of operation and was told to leave a message. It's clear that this company is in financial trouble and doesn't care about its customers. They won't honor what they state in their emails, and it's frustrating to deal with their poor customer service.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Catherine's. Their online-only business model seems to be causing more problems than it's worth, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you're looking for plus-size clothing, there are plenty of other options out there that will treat you better.

Catherines Disappointing Experience with Catherine's: Incorrect Item and Poor Customer Service

I made an order on 11/19/21 from Catherine's website and paid $14.99 for shipping. Unfortunately, I only received two items out of the three that I ordered. To make matters worse, the item that I did receive was completely wrong. I had ordered a pair of floral blue wide leg pants with an elastic back and pockets, but instead, I received a pair of purple floral leggings with no pockets and no elastic back. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this mistake.

I called customer service and spoke to Ana, who informed me that I could reorder the correct pair of pants and pay again. If I wanted express shipping, I would have to pay an additional $9.99. When I returned the incorrect pair of pants, I would receive a credit on my card. Although Ana assured me that the correct pair would be sent, I was still unhappy with this solution and asked to speak with a supervisor. However, I was told that they were in a meeting.

After I hung up, I received a confirmation email, but to my dismay, it had the same number of the wrong pants that they had sent me. I called customer service again, and this time I got Ella, who was no help either. I asked for a supervisor, but no one was available. Ella also assured me that the correct pair would be sent, but I had lost faith in their customer service at this point. They clearly need more training in handling customer complaints and resolving issues.

I am afraid that this will be my last order from Catherine's. To add insult to injury, I was advised that I was pre-approved for a credit card. Seriously, who would want a credit card from a company with such poor customer service and inability to send the correct item? I have left my number for a call back, but I am not holding my breath. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Catherine's and would not recommend them to anyone.

Catherines no delivery of order placed on 3/11/2023

I placed an order for 2 nightgowns and 3 pairs of Capri pants on 3/11. It had not come by 4/11 and tracking showed it was in Belville Michigan and has been for almost a month. I called customer service and she said it was in Michigan. She said she could cancel the order and reorder the sane items. My original order came to $174.96 which included free shipping and a 40% discount promotion on the nightgowns. The items were reordered and now my total for the same order is 220.31 a total of $45.35 over the cost of the first identical order. Oh , there is one difference. The new order includes $25 for a "Shop "Club" membership that I did not authorize. The customer service representative I spoke to today, 4/7 said that there is nothing that can be done about it. Catherines order not shipped, billed anyway and billed late charges for non payment

order was placed in august, notified it was shipped, never received, verified this with Catherines in phone call in October, contacted comenity bank Still being billed late charges even though Catherine;s agrees product was never sent or received. I called at least three times to comenity and was told detailed notes were added to my file, every time I called no one knew what I was talking about and just said they would add it to my file. I paid the late charges recently because I didn't want my credit to be smeared because of their lack of competence.

Desired outcome: refund of all late charges paid, and clearing on my credit report.

Catherines Failure to ship items as advertised

I placed an order with Caterines on October 29, 2022 and paid an additional fee for expedited shipping to receive the items within 2 business days. All of the items were in stock. Because I needed the items for a trip on the 11th, I have purchased them through another source. As of today I have spoke to at least 5 people and no one can tell me when the order will ship. I have been a Catherines customer for many years, but as of today, I will no longer be a Catherins customer. If it had been made clear to me that the items could be shipped in 2 business days I would have not spent $300 to get the items. I tried to cancel the order and was told that I can't because the order is being processed, but no one can tell me when the order will ship. I have advised American Express that I will not be paying for this order, so it would be in best interest to figure out a way to cancel it.

Desired outcome: The desired outcome would be to receive the items before my trip on November 11th.

Catherines Shipping label and no return of order

I placed an order with Catherine’s on March 5, 2002 for four pairs of pants. The ordered arrived late at my home. I needed to return two pair and I contracted Catherine’s on May 4 and was sent a shipping label. I have a copy of the shipping label. I put the package in the mail that day.

I had not received my reorder and I called Catherine’s today and they said I was not in the 60 day policy. My order that I sent back was worth over $50.00. Due to COVID-19 everything has been having a shipping problems and they are using that to their advantage.

Desired outcome: I want my two pairs of pants. The ones they sent me were too long and I sent them back for shorter ones.

Catherines Order returned - No refund

I placed an order with Catherines and about the same time with Woman Within. Most of the items in each order did not fit so I requested a return for both. The packing order I received from Catherines and Woman Within were to send back to the same address. I placed each return order in a large zip lock bag with a copy of the return packing form I had been send and then placed both bags into one box and printed a label and shipped to the address given - Full Beauty Brands 2300 Southeastern Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46283. Package shipped at a USPS office.

After about 10 days I received an email from Woman within that my return order had been received and a refund would be issued in 3-5 days.

On the 6th day, I called to check the status of my refunds. Each order had been placed on a different credit card. I was told neither had been processed but the agent I was talking with would submit for the refund. She pulled up each of my orders and said they were received and re-confirmed the amounts to be refunded. At the end of the call she said my redund should be received in 3-5 days. Still no refund. I called back on day 6 to check the status. The person I spoke with said nothing had been submitted on the refund and she could not find any information on a return for the Catherines order. After explaining that both orders were in the same box but in separate packaging and with packing slips inside each package she told me she needed the tracking number for the package. I was unable to find it but told her I had an email from Woman Within stating my return had been received and that means the Catherine's order was also received since they were in the same box. Se explained that they should have been in separate boxes (even though they are to be shipped to the exact same address) and there is nothing she can do without the tracking number. I went around for about 30 minutes explaining that the package was obviously received since I have a confirmation from Woman within and they were in the same box. She just repeated the same thing continually. I asked for a supervisor. After a lot of hesitation, she put another person on and this person said exactly the same thing the first person said and continued just repeating the same line. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! I had ordered quite a lot form the companies and will NEVER order anything from any of the companies associated with Full Beauty Brands!

Desired outcome: I want a refund for my Catherines order that was clearly received.Order #[protected] for $139.88
