I had booked my bundle reservation Flight, Hotel and Rental Car with PriceLine.com, My flight was supposed to arrive at 12:30 AM in the morning so my rental car pick up was at 1:00 AM. It was ACE Rental Car, when we reached rental car shuttle location from where I was supposed to get shuttle. We waited 30 mins at Airport but there was no shuttle, then I took shuttle from Fox Car Rental, they dropped us near ACE location, then we walked.5 mile at 1:00 AM to reach the location, I was travelling with two kids including 1 year old with luggage. When we arrived at ACE, they stopped us at outside and told, they are closed now, it will open 7AM. It was such a bad feeling at that time. It was start of bad time, it spoiled my entire trip. Then we hire Uber and reached to hotel. Next day when I came back to ACE to get my car, they told me they don't have Car which I had booked so I have to upgrade and they were charging $110 per day extra for upgrade. I didn't take that Car and wasted my money.

it was all because of miscommunication from priceline because they didn't gave me correct information and booked my car with such a cheap rental car company ACE.

Please don't book your reservation with Priceline and spoil your trip and NEVER BOOK RENTAL CAR WITH ACE. such a crap company and staff.

Claimed loss: I wasted my $500 plus 100 $ money paid to Uber

Desired outcome: I haven't received my money back
