I am forwarding the details of latest communication with PREMIRERS. After a long wait of 5 years we people are suffering due to the poor services rendered by PREMIRERS. No one in PREMIRERS is concerned for active service delivery. Even many a times we have contacted their owner, but no one cares. We are very sorry to say that at this point of time we are repenting for our decision taken to hire PREMIRERS for Canada Immigration. Still we have not got a proper reply from PREMIRERS and waiting for a suitable answer. We are mail you the details of our Grievances to you. May be we get our hard earned money back, if possible please help us in resolving our case.

Dear Sir, i have read the complaint against Premiers and it is absolutely true because i m also the victim of the company.in the year 2007 i had applied for immigration to Canada through Premiers and at that time company assured me for immigration and then i gave them 30, 000 as company fee and 35, 000 as Canadian embassy fee then your company head of branch assured me that the company will received the balance amount at the time of interview but instead of his assurance one month later after filling my case demanded more money but i refuse to pay him more money and one day i received a letter from company that their branch has been closed and my case has been transferred to Amritsar .and after filling my case company refused to issue me a file no on account of fee dues and company become invisible.And one day day i received a letter from Canadian embassy that your representative is not registered with canadian society and embassy demanded some documents which i was sent to them but embassy rejected my case on account of less point.it was terrible for me because i suffered a great loss due to the conduct of the Premiers.

I had started for Australia immigration in 2006 from Pune branch and was properly guided by Guys. I had seen various cases what you may know like delay in getting Visa or rejection. But guys does Premiers issues you Visa no its the respective High Commisions and If you practically think then you can see on the government websites it self that how that numbers of Cases filed increases or how they changed their rules. it Certainly happens my uncled had applied for Australia PR visa with Premiers in August 2009 and he didnt received his Visa it was due to removal of Pathway -D . does this means that Premiers was responsible No. The high commisions Doesnt Consult Premiers before changing rules . I do have faced problems like not getting proper reply or need to give more follow-up to them instead they to us But it happens its a service industry guys. There is mistake form the consultant but not always and never 100%.

Premiers is Cheater, I have submitted all document Two times at Premier ’s Branch,
All the document they have lost, they asking for submitting documing again, I think this is their policy to make busy client in document submitting,
I thing they are not a Foreign PR / Student agent, They are cheater and they are interested in only first installment 30, 000 - that amount is enough for them, they are like, THE BEGGEST CHEATER .

Their staff is not professional, they are never answering mail, they are not believe in mail communication,

Pleaes use Mobile recording, which I had done, Now i am going to lodge a cheter case agaist Premiers.

i have a complaint against Premier Consultant. my wife is a teacher in a school. i want to migrate to canda making my wife principal applicant. people at wwics told me that i was applicable and the new rules for immigration which at that time were due to come will not affect my application and i was perfectally eligible and they recived all their fees along with embassy fees and lodged my application with embassy. now after the new rules r declared i feel my self cheated bcoz teachers r not eligible under these rules. when i contact them they simply ask me to wait for the decision of the embassy . what can i do now bcoz i m wasting my precious time along with the money i paid them around 1 lac.

I think Premiers is a complete fraud...they deceive you in signing up with them and collecting fee upfront after which their attitude completely changes. I used to notice angry customers shouting at their reception for not getting any response (while i was considering signing up) but ignored it and went ahead signing up and losing my money and time with them as well.
Upon the quality of service and non professional / unethical attitude that i was getting after giving them the fee, i got frustrated and decided to cancel along with 2 of my other colleagues who were feeling the same way. I was hoping this would atleast get the message to their senior management who would be interested in improving their service after receiving my feedback of lack of service. The senior management however is equally non professional and into the whole money making scheme. Instead of full refund, they deducted the first installment of my fee which i had paid in cash (USD 500/). This amount of money is pretty good for no service provided by them and seems to be all that the management really cares about. They should be pretty happy with me having cancelled but i feel like being robbed from my hard earned money. I would have been more than happy to given them this money if i had been provided some service but that was not the case.
They just want you to sign up with them and collect their fee without informing whether the application stands any grounds for acceptance. They hardly read your application, i have cancelled for a month now and i still receive calls asking for my documents from Premiers which clearly shows that they dont have a clue what my status is and what is written on my application. They just call randomly.
They even suggested making up false documentation, if need be, which i find to be totally un ethical/ illegal.
My suggestion to educated people out there is to apply on your own, directly, otherwise most likely you will go through the same thing.

I am Sanjay from surat and was interested in getting Premier consultancy and i came across your complaint posting - i was quite concerned and asked their office to clarify issue - interestingly i found out that they had returned the 400 dollar draft and all the money you paid - after talking to them and understanding it i think you need to actually thank them on the fact that they saved you nearly 40, 000 rupees by letting you know from their head office that you dont qualify right now and need to wait some time - i know of consultants who would have gone ahead and filed the application and got you a rejection and wasted you r money- i am writing this only because some one else may get influenced by reading this wrong complaint and also because when i told them they were quite hurt as they felt that finally they had done you good -

never apply Premiers consultant as our friend has mentioned about their irresponsibility, i do have the same experience, my application was also rejected due to non intimation of doing ielts exam . they didnot inform me or not updateing about the application status. they closed annager office, but never intimated to me. there was one guy prem working in this group, now he is running 360 degree consultancy for immiration to canada at annanger(beside annanger round-ana) . he dont even bother to repsond to the clients. he was staying with Premier group and side by he was doing his own buisness. he dont even take any ownership after he grab the money from u. this guy didnt even intimate to the clients about closing of the consultancy. because of this guy and Premier consultant irresponsibile attitude, i lost my money and same time my oppurtunity. this group is fraud and irresponsibile . plse donot approach this Premiers consultants.

D ear sir i have apply for canada immigration from the lawyer mr attorney david cohen who is saying that he is canadien immigration lawyer and he said may be i will qualify for pr after that he told me to pay his payment accorng to instalment basic so sand him total of canadien dollar 2050 including goverment fee when he advice me if u give ielts score of 6.5 individual band score then i wil qualify for that before starting the process i ask him ielts required or not so he told me if visa office ask for that then you need to do it so i follow his path until that time i didnot give ielts so visa office give 120 days for to provide full document so i go nepal to give ielts from my working place in dubai after that i give it but i didnot get more sufficient point to get exactly 67 point for immigration remaining all document i sand him so i ask him to extand visa office but he told visa office doesnot extend but close my file then so i ask him my refund cause its clear in our agree ment that if i am unable to provide good english then all attorney fee is refund you can check his refund policies only there is case not to refund if all document is fraud so i am liable to get refund my all money from www.canadavisa.com but he is not givng now please suggest me accordingly where to appeal for my refund or where to put case or how to trap that fraud person

My Name is Roshan . I am BEIT (Bachelor of Engineer Information Technology), I have 3 + years of experience.

I have complain against Premiers Immigration consultant. In June, 2008; I went to Premiers Office. I want to apply for Australia PR immigration. They had accessed my Education & Experience and told me that you are eligible for Australia PR. So I had paid their registration fee of Rs. 20, 000. And as per their instruction, I had made draft of $400 AUD for my degree assessment at Australia. I had also given IELTS exam as per their instruction.

They sent my application to their head office at Chandigarh. From their head office they are telling that, my application is not eligible for Australia PR. In Australia PR application, they require minimum 4 years of experience. Now they are telling me that I am not eligible.

At the time of taking money from me, they told me that you are eligible and your Australia PR will be done in 12 to 14 months, and now they are telling me that I am not eligible.

So they are totally fraud and I want to take my all money and expenses back from them.

Please suggest me for further action against Premiers Immigration consultant.

yeah its true that they are fraud, even if someone not qualifying still they convince u to make false certificates and sign the contract form.
all the victims should come together to do something.
If anybody is going to court, pl let know.
Is it possible that someone take the lead and all the victims will contribute towards the fees.
If there are 100- 200 victims and each contribute 100-200 aed, we can fight the case. at least these fraudsters should be taught a lesson.

Hi Friends, I am Anstiene, I don’t know in what basis he is telling that I am creating different names and ID's to comment. Anyway the official departments can easily found the origin and creator of each mail. I have not received such notice as he mentioned from Department. I do believe that my comment is a genuine which is my experience. I just comment my experience which can prove to anybody. Anyway I will approach myself to the department to know about the said noted notice which commented by Mr. Abdulrehman. If the department found that I am purposely trying to damage the reputed company, I am ready to accept their verdict. Also be noted that I haven’t start the complaint, just participate and commented my pathetic experience to avoid more victims from losing their hard earn money and long waiting dream of migration. My case was rejected saying the category of Teacher is removed from the list of approved category; in latest add on Gulf news by Premiers says that Teacher category is listed. Is all these genuine, give a chance to the public to comment about their service, which can definitely prove the issue.

Thanks god, I am just a salaried person who lost one month salary and long waited (18 months) dreaming of migration, y should i comment for a company without reason. Even they dont accept their mistake or give a alternate chance to proceed, not even a single word to satisfy or compromise my feelings. till today i haven’t received any response, they just closed my file. Now i consider that my lose of money as my charity which i supposed to do directly. i never advise anybody to not deal with them, just comment my experience which should consider. thanks

The comment above are from different persons who were a victim of malicious and fraudness by premiers. instead of scrutinizing the persons who is sharing their bad experiences, why dont you start to investigate the premiers agency services? or better go there personally to their office so that you will know how many persons who is coming to make complaint.

I am also a new victim of premiers, paid $2000 as service charge + fees of $ 550 for govt. on march 2008, when i approached them on march 2009 to know about my application status they informed that mine is rejected as not eligible. no have to pay now $1000 as their compensation just for submitting my application for a unlisted category. last 40 days i was following up with them for my balance money refund, they even not responding. today when i visited accounts people telling their Bose not in country and waiting for his approval.

We should aware the public, how? why all victims gather together to complaint? when i spoke somebody in legal says its costly, also this premiers kept some advocates just for threatening the victims.
