Premier Property Services review: Construction / contractor

It has been 6 months since this company gave me a quote on a build out of the space I am renting for my charitable, non-profit business. After all kinds of excuses, they finally did some work. This is after jacking up the price by $5, 000 (25% higher than the original quote). They knew I didn't have time to start over with a new contractor. After I gave them a check for $10, 000, the work stopped. They missed the deadline they promised in writing for the work to be complete. I told them I wanted the money back and that I would hire a new contractor, but they ignored me and just sent me a new work schedule. All I want to do is help kids. Worst experience of my life.
