I used Precision Pluming and they was really gud. They quick and nice. My hot water maker stopped working and they came n fixed it so fast. I was happy with the work they did. Highly recommend Precision Pluming!

Had Chris H come out a few times to fix some stuff and he knew his stuff. Did a great job with my plumbing hassles. Dude's got jokes and is real cool, would def recommend for any plumbing needs.

Precision Plumbing is amazzzing! They work sooo hard to fix and find problems with plumbing. I used another company to put in a water treatment gadget and furniture (spendin over 4k $$$$), but when I had an emergency they ghosted me. The peeps at precision always pick up the phone, are nice as, and work with my schedule. Jeremy was a freakin workhorse using jetters everywhere; main line, bathrooms, roof vents - dude never stopped! He was always on time, happy, and so profesh. If you want a fair price, good work, and amazing people, this is your crew. I would defo use them again and tell errryone about them!

Plumber he come out on 8/19 to repair sum leak in the hot water line. They fixed the leak right then and there. But now, after the plumber did his thing, the hot water ain't circulatin' right. Before, the hot water was just there, all the time, no waitin' or nothin'. But now it can take as long as 20-40 seconds to get hot water. The plumber came back to look again, but he sez he didn't do nothin' wrong. And he don't know what to do to fix it now. So we might hafta get anotha plumber to undo what these guys did.

Plumber come round in June to install sink & gave quote $950. He try to install 2 other sinks that didn't fit so he install the right one. He take my old sink, but forget to cap it which could be dangerous. Office keep rescheduling & never have the right part. Supervisor was suppose to check on sink & didn't show. Price go up & they say gave me 10% discount but I don't have invoice to confirm. No sink in guest bathroom for 2 months & haven't heard from company in 2 weeks. I want to cancel & remove sink but company won't say how much.

I got some work done by Precision Plumbing, Inc. yesterday, they put in a new sump pump in my covered patio. The existing sump pump was in a bad state, the pit was flooded and the line was connected to a drain line that runs out to the street. The plumber did his job and installed a new pump, pumped out the pit, tested everything up. He was gone for around 20 minutes to bring the new pump and completed the work in about 30 minutes. However, they charged me a whopping $5700 for this small service and called it a discounted rate due to the Covid situation. I feel cheated, it was too high a price. I just want a fair price adjustment, not a complete refund.

Attached to this review is my plumbing bill from Precision Plumbing. The work mentioned Replace *** Sump Pump and check valve. No other work was done, there was no piping or electrical switching or controls installed. I checked online and found out that the high-end *** Pump for waste water would cost around $700-$1200 which is assuming they gave me a high-end product, as the standard residential sewer water pump would be even cheaper. I don't know the exact model number they used but I have attached basic product data regarding the $700 model, and also found similar pumps for as low as $350. I was a bit too naive to accept their price as it was, but I trusted them. I am just looking for a fair and reasonable adjustment to the price. Thanks.

the plumbers left before finishing the work and when I called to ask them to come back they told me to do it myself. my mom had a plumbing leak in the garage and needed new valves and hoses behind the washing machine. Precision sent a nice young man who didn't finish the job and left it to the drywall restoration crew to fix the washer hose. when they couldn't do it due to missing parts, I called Precision to send the plumber back. the customer service lady said there would be a separate charge to finish the job. I got angry because it's not normal to have to reconnect washing machine hoses yourself. thankfully, the drywall guys fixed the problem. I won't use Precision Plumbing again and will tell others not to either. their customer service rep should know better.
