Company is always quick to come out if there something that needs to get fixed. Great customer service and very responsive. Tech fixed the weather stripping and double checked everything else to make sure no other issues and he did find something and fixed that too.

Thorough assessment of problem. I went with full tune up and repair to include lifetime Warrentee on parts. They gave credit for the service call with internet coupon. Door better than new. 1yr old construction grade door now upgraded to better wheels, springs and chain.

The technician did an excellent job. My door spring had broken. He also found my cable was splitting. He explained the function of those parts and the function of all the other parts. He pointed out that my rollers were worn pretty bad and I agreed to replace them. He was very understanding of my needs. I highly recommend Precision Door. He completed everything in a timely fashion and had very little to clean up.
