I have written a review earlier about the financial aide department and I am still having problems! My husband had a payment arrangement for my daughter in which he canceled because he was done paying last semester.. fast forward to today and they took $75.00 without asking out of his bank account ..which wasn't even what the first arrangement was for! On top of that they're stealing my daughters disbursement money! This schools financial aide department deserves 0 stars! Look them up they have fraud on their records..
I have had the worst "FIRST" college experience with Post, Than any experience I have ever had dealing with a business institution
I have had the worst "FIRST" college experience with Post, Than any experience I have ever had dealing with a business institution. I have spoken to the Heads of all departments, I am complaining about. First Issue is with financial aid department, they have a system set up to create a third party in between the "FAFSA", POST, ***, and the student. My issue with this is that, if the school gets the money from the Government and sends it to ***, and not the student, that would prolong the time to get the student aid refund. Which may hinder "First Time Students" from getting things to actually participate in online schooling, like a laptop. That's since one is not provided like they are for every other online school or not. Elementary school kids get free laptops. So that would Burden the first time goers, having to wait for the money from the Gov., and then the school sends it to *** instead of to the student. Even if we already have an account to have the money sent it too, they redirect the funds to somebody else That's gonna charge you fees for doing business with them. Although you didn't ask too, and was forced to take this option. They act like this is the only option to get our refund or a check, as I was told by the female director of the financial aid department. There are 4 parties in this transaction when There Is no need for me to even have to deal with bank mobile. ~POST HAS THE ABILITY TO SEND OR TRANSFER FUNDS TO *** ACCOUNT AND ROUTING NUMBERS, FROM THE SCHOOLS ACCOUNT AND ROUTING NUMBERS BUT, NOT THE STUDENT'S ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS. I Think That's Fraud.~ I shouldn't "HAVE" to use *** or should I HAVE too?...

My login information was wrong for 6 weeks during the first term,
I was issued the wrong login information, I could not login to my post student account as well as login to class. I also had to prove who I was in order to receive my financial aid and 2 of my student loans, one subsidized and one unsubsidized, along with my pell grant. Part of my last name was missing, so when it was corrected I received a new login...

I applied to Post University October 21st. I enrolled in two classes *** and ***. I participated in the first week of classes but then my dad, who is battling stage 4 colon cancer, started getting worst. I was unable to continue classes and help take care of him. I was 4 days past the drop out period. I contacted them and filed a petition, but they just gave me credit for future classes. Which I am not interested in. They want me to pay $3,470.00 for classes I didn't participate in after the first week. All because I was 4 days late in dropping them.

On February 26th I reached out to Post University in regards to settling a debt that was owed. I paid $700 and was advised that my *** would be released and I could request it immediately after. I paid the $700 and another $10 to have my *** electronically sent to another institution on 2/26. Last week I called and emailed in regards to my *** being sent and was advised that it would be sent. Here we are almost going on two weeks as of this Wednesday March 11th and the *** still has not been sent.

I asked several times would It affect my tuition since I requested before the school course was supposed to start. Now it looks like they want to charge me *** which shouldn't be because of the situation I explained repeatedly. The only thing I should be responsible for is paying the borrower.

I applied to Post in hopes of gaining my degree in Psychology
I applied to Post in hopes of gaining my degree in Psychology. I applied for financial aid, was awarded pell grants in excess of $9,000. My tuition is only 1710 per term. I receive over 2200 each term, which more than covers my tuition as a virtual student. But Post takes all the money even though im due a refund each term. They doubled my tuition this term even though im only in one class.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
