I went into the Plato's closet in richmond, va. and got the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought in 4 bags of new clothes never been worn and was told they were to used, so i went home and came back with brand new women's Timberland boots and I was told they couldn't sell them because they were too small. I can't believe they ask for brand new clothes and shoes and purses and then tell the customer(me) that my stuff isn't good enough. Are you kidding me, when you have people working in the store with blue/green hair who looks like a bum, telling people there stuff isn't good enough. Give me a break. I will go sell my stuff on EBAY. your not good enough to get my stuff. To me this store is a scam. they should be out of business. I am truly shocked at this kind of store being allowed to stay open. Close these scamming stores.

I can not believe how lazy the cashier at platos in Victor NY! I called at 8pm and talk to sofie or whatever her name was, and she told me I had to be there by 830 to sell items. I drove 25mins to platos in victor by, walk in the door at 8:30 on the dot and she said I could drop off my clothes and come back tomorrow. I said I would like to stay and good through the items together. She said there's no time for that and I could leave them or nothing! Then I said its 8:31... She said platos clocks are ten mins ahead and it was "8:42" ! I said please I just drive all that way in this bad weather and she shrug her shoulders and I said can't help ya! I am so mad!
