09/02 Pinnacle Window did a marvelous job. Ten windows replaced. Installers were professional, polite, helpful, and answered all questions. All work areas cleaned up. I would use them again. Windows look great inside and outside. Highly recommend Pinnacle Window & Siding in Marietta, GA.

Great installation of 15 OKNA windows. The crew was excellent! Attention to detail was great. Showed up when they said they would. Worked and installed and cleaned up with no nonsense. Dennis and Nancy were very helpful with their information when we purchased the windows. Excellent job

Kevin and Steve did a fantastic job installing our new door unit yesterday. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect before they left. So refreshing to be able to trust someone to do a great job and on top of that, to take pride in their work! Thanks Kevin and Steve, we love our new door!

I couldn't be happier with the installation of windows through out my home. Steve, Nate and Jason were prompt, professional and worked efficiently through the entire project. Their work was so clean and professional, you would not know by looking at my home that a major project had just taken place when they were done. Amazing company. They showed up when they said they would to give us a quote, they showed up when they said they would to do the final measurement before ordering and they showed up when they said they would to install the door. A+ Steve, Nathan and Kevin installed the door perfectly. They paid attention to all the details, even vacuuming and sweeping up after themselves! Super polite and nice guys. Would definitely recommend others to Pinnacle.

I just recently had seven windows replaced in my home and Pinnacle Window did a great job. Dennis Smith came out to our house to do our estimate and was very helpful, we had a broken window and he offered to seal it while he processed our order. When the windows were installed Steve did an awesome job removing the old windows and replacing them! I feel like a have a new house. They did such a great job, I'm having them replace another five windows and two exterior doors!

We had about 30 windows installed by Pinnacle Window & Siding Co in February . The windows are manufactured by Okna and they are beautiful and of high quality. The installation was top notch and every representative from Pinnacle was highly professional. We had several other companies bid for the job, and we felt that Pinnacle offered the best product, service, and quality at the best price. We are very pleased with our new windows and with the way they were installed. Nice job Pinnacle!

From start to finish, working with Pinnacle was a pleasure. Other neighbors who had used their services, highly recommended them. I was not disappointed! They are professional, reliable, and very respectful. Due to the pandemic, there were some delays, but the company was polite and apologetic when this happened. The actual install went so smoothly; the two gentlemen were very efficient and cleaned up every last thing. I had some minor issues I did not notice until a week after the install, and they came the very next day to rectify them. Great experience!

We had a half circle window installed at our house. As anyone knows a half Circle window is not easy to install. You must have knowledgeable workers when you install a half circle because of the shape. Plus we have vinyl siding which also is different than installing a window where it is wood, stucco or brick where it is a rigid surface to work with. The workers were timely and answered any questions I had. Such a relief to work with a company that is knowledgeable and professional! Nothing like the other companies that promise everything and deliver very little! You're going to love them!

We purchased, and had new Okna ECO-PRO windows installed by Pinnacle Windows 8-months ago, August (before my review). I waited to write this review because I was skeptical that a Window Company could have 100% 5-Star Reviews, my thinking was it must be "the new toy syndrome". It's true, the widows are high quality, the installation and service were excellent, The installers (Steve and Kevin) did an awesome job, and were very methodical and organized in every aspect of their work, excellent quality, and have a lot of pride in their craft. I will use Pinnacle Windows again, and highly recommend Pinnacle and Okna Windows to others needing to replace their windows - Thanks again Pinnacle.

Pinnacle Windows and Siding of Woodstock, GA is one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. We couldn't be more pleased with everything from the initial presentation by Mr. Williams to the finished product of replacing all of our windows and removing the old storm windows. Raphael and Carlos did the installation which was perfect. We hardly knew they were here and left the furniture back where it belonged and left not one tiny spec of materials that had to be cleaned up after they left. Honestly, I'm still in shock and so happy to have excellent product installed by excellent installers. Very easy to work with and the final topper, besides making the house look beautiful, our utility bills are LOWER even with storms off.

We had Pinnacle Windows install 13 windows and 1 door to our screened porch.Screened porch originally had E-Z Breeze windows/screens; hard to maintain. We were totally impressed and satisfied with the entire process of quoting, measuring and install. We started the process in February and install completed in June . We have never been so impressed with customer service from salesman John, measurements Robert, installers Hector and Rafael, and office staff Nancy and Cody. What a pleasant experience. Installers Hector and Rafael treated our property as if it was their home. Very meticulous in workmanship and cleanliness. We are very satisfied with the product of 13 windows and door. Easy to operate and clean. We can not say enough about this company. When we need additional work to be done, we will contact Pinnacle. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Incredibly happy with price, customer service, installation service, and my brand new windows and sliding doors! John visited my home to do a walk through and provide a quote. He was the third quote, and I'm glad I waited. He was honest and not pushy. On installation day, the guys showed up on time, were extremely courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. They tested the lock on my sliding door to make sure it worked properly and didn't leave until it did. They were quick, clean, so polite - really just a pleasure to work with. The windows and door look better than I expected - caulking done perfectly - really feels like a new home. I recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking to replace windows or doors - they are worth the wait and excellent customer service from the quote/sales visit, to the measurement visit, to the installation. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Our salesman Dennis was a pleasure to deal with and no pressure sales approach. The price was within our planned budget and the fact that they have their own install crews and do not sub out, sealed the deal for us. Dennis had great communication and follow up as well. Nancy was always pleasant and responsive on the phone and her and Steve came out to do the final measurements. The windows happily came in ahead of projected schedule even during the COVID crisis. The install crew of Steve, Robert, Nathan and Kevin showed up on time on the scheduled date. That doesn't sound like much, but is rare in these times. They went to work immediately, efficiently, politely and kept our premises clean and in order as they progressed. Finished the 19 window install, even replacing some rotten wood around one of the second story windows, with plenty of daylight left. My wife and I looked over their work and didn't have a single thing to ask them to address. This crew treated our home and this job as if it were their own. As a former Purchasing Manager for a commercial contractor, home owner and customer, I could not recommend Pinnacle Window & Siding any higher. Worth every penny and the windows turned out amazing!
