I've used Petplanet twice now and I've had a lot of issues with them. They seem to be dishonest and don't care about their customers. My parcel wasn't sent and they didn't refund my money. It seems like they're using their customers' money to keep their cash flow going. The customer service is pretty useless and they never give any information. When I called them to inquire about it, they told me that they had received the letter, but it had just been sitting there for some reason. They suggested that maybe the claims assessor was away.

Overall, I would advise anyone to avoid Petplanet. They seem to be very unprofessional and unreliable. They do not seem to care about their customers and are not willing to pay out claims even when they have all the necessary documentation. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

So, I recently ordered from Petplanet and I gotta say, if everything goes smoothly, it's all good. But unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me this time around. I received my order and noticed that an item was missing. They assured me that a replacement would be sent out, but that wasn't the end of my troubles.

When I opened the bag of dog food, I was shocked to find that some of it was mouldy and even worse, it was out of date. I mean, sure, it was only a month past the expiry date, but the mould made it completely unusable. I contacted customer service and they promised to take care of it urgently, but I haven't heard anything since.

I explained to them that I needed the dog food as soon as possible because I was almost out, but it seems like they didn't really care. It's a shame because I was hoping to continue shopping with them, but I think I'll have to find another retailer from now on.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Petplanet based on my experience. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

I just got off the phone with one of your employees, Joanne, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the way she treated me. I was calling to let you guys know that the jackets I bought for my pups from Danish Design were causing cuts on their legs. The finish on the jackets is pretty rough, and when my dogs run around, it rubs against their paws and causes sore spots on their legs. I wasn't even asking for my money back or anything, I just wanted to let you guys know so you could maybe talk to the manufacturer about it. But Joanne was so rude to me! She acted like she had never heard of anything like this before and said that the jackets were too small and I should just buy bigger ones. But that's not even the problem! The jackets are actually a perfect fit for my dogs. I'm really disappointed with the way I was treated. Joanne was so unprofessional and didn't even care about what I had to say. I think some of your staff could use some additional training in customer service. This is not the way customers expect to be treated. Pet Planet, you guys really need to step up your game when it comes to customer service.

First of all, it's clear that they don't care about animals at all. They just want to make a quick buck. I noticed that a lot of the photos on their site were misleading - they made the products look a lot better than they actually were. When I called them out on it, they didn't even apologize. It took them two whole weeks to change the photos, which is ridiculous.

And don't even get me started on their delivery. They use all sorts of different delivery firms, so you never know when your order is going to arrive. And if they use Hermes, you can pretty much guarantee that it's going to be late. When I called to complain about this, the person on the other end of the line just laughed at me. Can you believe that? They were laughing about the fact that my pets were going to be without food. It's just not right.

I know I shouldn't have done this, but I got so angry that I called the person a really bad name. I just couldn't believe that someone would be so callous about my pets' wellbeing. It's really upsetting.

So, in conclusion, I would definitely avoid Petplanet if you care about your pets. They don't seem to care about anything other than making money, and they're not even good at that. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
