Excellent service from first call to completed job in less than two weeks. They always answer the phone or get back to you promptly, which is so appreciated. I would recommend them for carpet without hesitation.

We have worked with Pete's Carpet Service many times. He is a real pro when it comes to carpet and flooring. Our Luxury Vinyl Flooring looks great, the installers were wonderful. ***, in the office, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She helped us decide on our products. The installers moved furniture, ***, cleaned up including vacuuming, and placed the furniture back where I wanted it, They cleaned up each day after working on the floor. I woudl highly recommend Pete's Carpet Service to all.
I had wood laminate installed in my basement
I had wood laminate installed in my basement. Not an easy task given the uneven surface and stairs. Despite the challenges, they did an excellent job. The crew was polite and cleaned up well after the job was finished.
Great customer service and reasonably priced. *** and *** were so helpful and patient in helping me choose my carpet, listened and showed me exactly the right carpet. Installation was within about a week, fast! We love it.

I can't recommend this business enough. Pete walked us through all the details, options, and best recommendations. The installation process was very professional and thorough. 2 years later, our floor is still in perfect condition. The customer support was also on par with the rest of the service. We liked that it was by appointment for social distancing and great service. John came to the home to measure and plan installation. The crew that installed the carpet did a nice job and left everything tidy. The carpet is wonderful.
