Peter Jackson Rich review: Faulty packet 1

I bought a carton of Peter Jackson rich just today and I opened my first packet. In this packet there are 2 cigarettes upside down and i took one of them out to find it squashed and broken right down at the filter. I have been smoking this brand for the last 3 years and have never had this happen before.
