I went to Performance Plus Quick Oil Change Centers, Inc. to get my oil changed, but the staff messed up my car. They broke two parts, the hood release and the dipstick handle, and tried to blame it on me. They didn't even know when it happened or who did it. First, they broke the dipstick handle and said it was a cheap part. Then, one of the "techs" spilled oil all over my engine, which was just cleaned a few weeks ago. To top it off, they broke the hood release handle too. Now I have to get even more parts fixed.

I been goin' to Performance Plus for my oil changes for a hot minute now, like 2 and a half years. But lemme tell ya, they messed up big time last November when they did my oil and filter change. They took out my front rear end oil plug and didn't put it back in! I didn't even know until I went back for another oil change in April and my truck was makin' all kinds of noise in the front end. I thought it was the wheelbearing on the left front, but then I found out I had a water leak and took it to ***'s Services Unltd. The owner, ***, told me my water pump was shot AND that the plug to my front rear end was missing and there was no grease in it. I told him I only go to Performance Plus for my truck services. So, ***'s put in a whole new rear end which cost me a pretty penny. I went back to Performance Plus to tell 'em what happened and ask for help with the costs. But they said I had to "prove" they did it. I told 'em, "Your team is the only one that's been under my truck!" Then the manager called me on September 12th and said they had a meeting and since I couldn't prove it, they wouldn't pay for any of the repairs.
