We wholeheartedly recommend this company and their team to anyone in need of moving assistance. All of our belongings arrived at our new home without a scratch, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

I have used this company for the third time now, and I must say they will always be my go-to choice. The Boling brothers, James, Larry, and Brandon, showed up prepared and worked tirelessly throughout the entire move. They truly exemplified Pauls Hauls' commitment to providing 100% customer satisfaction. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service.

This is my second time using this company. I had previously used them a year ago and unfortunately, I had to move again. I immediately contacted Paul Haul's for assistance. Once again, their customer service was exceptional! I will continue to rely on them for all my moving needs. They truly made a stressful day much more manageable.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. Not only was I overcharged, but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. After storing my sofa in their warehouse, I tried contacting them multiple times over the course of a week to arrange for it to be delivered to my home. However, they completely ignored my calls and messages, leaving me feeling stressed and helpless.

In a desperate attempt to get a response, I had a friend call them from her phone. Surprisingly, they answered her call and she asked why they were not taking my calls. She also requested that they reach out to me, but despite their promise to do so, they never followed through. It was a constant struggle to get any kind of communication from them.

Eventually, I resorted to texting the owner's phone directly. Thankfully, I received a reply, allowing me to finally schedule a date to retrieve my sofa. However, I was shocked to discover that I had been charged for an additional month of storage and the moving services were significantly more expensive than expected. They justified these inflated charges by adding "surcharges" to their hourly rate, which felt like a dishonest practice.

Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone. The stress caused by their lack of responsiveness and the excessive charges they impose on their customers is simply not worth it. Additionally, their phone conversations always ended with a forced and insincere "Have a blessed day," which only added to the phony nature of their service.

He's the go-to person who effortlessly coordinated every aspect of the move, making the whole process a breeze. As a father himself, he understands the challenges and pressures that come with moving, and he handles everything with the utmost professionalism. Having moved more times than I can count, I can confidently say that the two movers who arrived meant business! They even showed up 30 minutes ahead of schedule, giving us a courtesy call beforehand. Once they arrived, they quickly assessed the situation and then, like magic, our belongings started disappearing into their truck. I've never seen such efficiency during a move before. It's still hard to believe that they finished the entire move within the agreed-upon timeframe. These guys were smart, careful, and precise. It's as if they've mastered the art of moving heavy furniture and personal items with the utmost care. What's more, they were incredibly kind and friendly to my two young daughters, which meant the world to us. I was incredibly impressed with our experience with Paul Hauls moving. Nick, Dave, and Brandon were the movers who helped us move into our first home, and we couldn't have been happier with their service. They arrived promptly and even called us to confirm their location and discuss parking arrangements. All three of them conducted themselves in a highly professional manner, working efficiently and ensuring the safe transportation of all our belongings. They took the extra step of using moving pads to wrap our furniture before loading it onto the truck. I had a couple of glass table tops that they handled with great care, ensuring they were well-protected during the move.

Once we arrived at our new house, they continued their exceptional work, making sure to place each box in the correct room by asking us for guidance. They meticulously positioned our furniture exactly where we wanted it and made sure we were satisfied with the placement. They even disassembled our beds, wrapped the mattresses, and set them up in the bedrooms of our new home. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and attention to detail. If we ever have to move again, we will definitely be enlisting their services. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Moving is typically a stressful and challenging time, but they made it quick, easy, and painless. This crew truly exceeded our expectations, and we cannot thank them enough for their assistance.

On April 22, 2022, we utilized the services of Paul Hauls Moving for our local move spanning approximately ten miles. Unfortunately, during the move, they failed to properly handle and keep track of a mirror and glass tabletop, resulting in their displacement. It wasn't until a few months later, when we were preparing to file an insurance claim, that we reached out to Paul Hauls Moving to inquire about the missing items. To our dismay, they did have the mirror and tabletop in their possession, but they were delivered to us in a damaged and unusable condition.

We promptly contacted Paul Hauls Moving to request compensation for the damages. However, despite our repeated attempts, they have not responded to our requests or addressed the issue. We have attached a photo of the glass tabletop, which clearly shows sharp edges, and a portion of the broken mirror. The cost to replace the mirror is $109.00 from Amazon, while the glass table top replacement cost amounts to $104.95. In total, the expenses incurred amount to $213.95. Considering that both items had been previously used, we requested a reimbursement of $150.00.

We are disappointed with the lack of accountability and responsiveness from Paul Hauls Moving in addressing this matter. We hope that they will rectify the situation and provide the compensation we rightfully deserve.
