We had a church VBS and we decided to use Partypalooza to order all the supplies and decorations we needed. We placed our order on July 2 and we were expecting to receive it on July 16 through USPS. However, we never received any confirmation from Partypalooza until July 12. We were already worried about the delay, but when the 16th came, we still didn't receive our package. We needed everything by the next day, so we were really disappointed and frustrated.
Honestly, we wouldn't have chosen Partypalooza if we knew there would be such a huge delay. We tried to contact them through their toll-free number, but we could only leave a message and we never received any response. We also reached out to them through Facebook instant message, but we didn't get any reply either.
