Partners 1st Federal Credit Union is the best! They give you the best service and all the new stuff that you need. They are so friendly and helpful. I love them!

This bank ain't all that great. I tried to get a credit card last year, but they said no even though my credit score was 710. Meanwhile, *** approved me for a $3000 credit limit with 0% APR for a year and cash back. Plus, the ladies at *** and *** are way better in a lot of ways.

They charge you for everything, even if you have money in your savings but not enough in your checking, they fine you with a transfer fee and an overdraft fee that's almost $50. The people who work there are rude and act like they're better than you, and the bosses who can actually help you won't even pick up the phone. One time, my credit card info got stolen and they told me to do better in managing my stuff, like it was my fault. Like, seriously? And their savings account interest rate is terrible, only 0.05%, so you won't make any money off of it. Don't even bother with this credit union.

Don't ever try to get a loan with this bank. I took out a loan with this bank for my first time. I didn't have very much credit built so my interest rate was high, that's not the problem. The problem I have is that the loan officer, Cynthia ***, is apparently unable to be reached. When I first took out the loan I was told after making consecutive on-time payments, with an improvement of my credit score I can refinance my car at a lower rate. So in February we started the process of refinancing my car, she pulled my credit and said all I had to do was send her my check stubs. So I send her my check stubs and never hear back from her. I just tried again to refinance my car, and same thing, I sent my check stubs and no response. I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times and left messages and I can't get a response from her. At this point I am looking at other banks to refinance my car through and never by a customer at this bank again!

Partners 1st Federal Credit Union helped me out big time! They were able to get me the money I needed to cover the back charge and even helped me set up a payment plan that worked with my budget. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process easy peasy. I would definitely recommend Partners 1st to anyone in need of a loan or financial assistance. They got your back!

I sometimes use the privilege pay loan and I'm on SSI. I get two checks, one for $80 on the 1st and another for $695 on the 3rd. I used the privilege pay loan again and was told I could do my docu sign on the 1st to turn my negative balance into a loan. But when I went to get my $80, the bank took it and it wasn't enough to cover my balance, so I'll bounce again. I think this bank is unfair because they tell customers one thing but their bank account shows something different.
