Customer service is terrible. I paid extra for a previous order to have parts shipped before the whole order was in stock, but they only sent me one of the three parts that were available. It took over two months of weekly contact for updates. Now I need an oil change and Panda is the only one that offers my kit, so I ordered it. It's been six days and I haven't received any shipping information. I don't recommend ordering from Panda at all.

So, I made an order and realized I messed up and wanted to cancel it right away. But, before it even got processed, I tried calling and emailing Panda Motorworks LLC. They finally got back to me the next day saying it was already shipped and I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. The thing is, it hasn't even been shipped yet and they still want me to pay. I get it if I got it and wanted to return it, but come on. I don't recommend them at all. They don't care about you, just your money.

I bought some stuff from Panda Motorworks LLC online, but I didn't get any tracking info for weeks. I emailed them a bunch of times asking what was up, but they only got back to me like a month later. Then I waited another week and still no tracking. So I emailed them again and asked to cancel my orders, but they said they couldn't do that. Then a few days later, the VP of sales emailed me and explained why there were delays, but didn't say anything about canceling like I asked. The next day, I started getting tracking info for the stuff I wanted to cancel. The buying part was cool and the sales team helped me change my order, but after they took my money, their system broke and they only cared about keeping it, even though they didn't ship my stuff.

Bought somethin' from Panda Motorworks LLC on May 7, 2022. Ain't got nothin' shipped to me yet, so I asked for my money back. Been leavin' messages everywhere, but ain't nobody gettin' back to me.

I ordered some wheels from Panda Motorworks LLC on 06/08 and I still haven't got them yet. When I called them up to ask about it, they didn't know when they'd arrive. I asked for my money back since I haven't got the wheels, but they said they'd have to check if they could still cancel the order. They also said they'd take 7% off the refund for administrative costs. I don't think that's fair since it's their fault I haven't got my wheels yet.

Me and my 2013 Ford Focus were super happy to have Panda Motorworks in St. Peters fix some stuff that I paid for and my warranty company, Assurant, covered. But Chris did me dirty by charging me for fancy Motorcraft parts and then putting in cheaper ones without telling me or changing the invoice. He straight up admitted it but won't fix it. I got all the parts to prove it and his confession. Can someone help me out here? Plus, because of those cheap parts, $900 worth of other stuff got messed up. He should replace that too, right? I got the invoice to prove it.
