Just had a very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service experience with Paint Pros in Freeport, PA. The quality is workman ship is appalling. He left paint drops on lighting fixtures and mirrors. Left a very unfinished project! Did not clearly explain all that would be needed to result in a complete job-88 year old woman. Poor communication, poor clean up. Blamed it on us for not telling him what we wanted! My mother needed to be explained what needs to be done and she would have agreed! Charged a $50 fee to paint in inside door! Claimed we were trying to get free services! No, just a complete professional service and blamed everything in us for my 88 year old mother not effectively communicating! Never ever recommend this person to someone who expects pride in the work. Walls needs to be sanded a primed, just not painted over!
Desired outcome: I am fine with him and do not want himOn my property ti charge us more money. I just want everyone to know he is not ti be trusted. We have a real professional do a complete redo and eat the charges!!
Absolutly horrible ! no communication ! paint does not match... Did not listen too what he was told to do... Dont use this company to do antyhing ! there total money hungry shisters !
This company is nothing but crooks and shisters! please do not hire them to do any work for you! they are nothing but liars and steal your money! they stole $10,000 from us and then they stole over $95,000 from the original homeowner who paid them $95,000 to do a whole house flip in kittanning! they did less than $9500 worth of work to the house and then stole the other $85,000 plus our $10,000 down payment and used it to pay for their new business van and their wedding! we are looking to file a lawsuit on these people and anybody else that they have screwed and stole from should do the same! this company needs shut down and burned to the ground!
