Pafilia Property Developers review: Developer has NEVER applied for water permits for our complex to be fitted the the mains

I purchased a property from this developer in April 2007 it was due to be completed in April 2007 but it is now 2011 and the complex still hasn't been connected to the water mains? The developer state that this is down to the Paphos water authorities but the water authorities state this is down to the developer NEVER applying for permits on this complex due to bad workmanship and they can never be granted until works are corrected. Also the solicitor I used is also the developers solicitor which is something we wasn't made aware of which is a conflict of interest and this information should have been picked up? Because the information was known about the lack of permits by this company and its board of directors before I purchased they have conspired to defraud me of money, also the solicitor and developer are still willing to assist people to buy on this complex even though it can NEVER be completed and people need to be warned about the risks
