Allegedly I sighned up for one of there services. I have been billed $20 a months for several months. I have tried repeatedly to cancel the subscription. I am unable to access the web page that would allow me to do so. After logging in the page does not load. Without information on the original transaction they claim they are unable to help any further.

I noticed recently a charge on my bank card through PayPal that I had never purchased. It was from a company called Paddle.com and initially they charged me .99 but then began pulling *** from my account at least 3 times from December and January. They say they are located in ***. *** phone number was not working. I have been in touch via text and email and canceled my subscription that I never ordered and asked for a refund. They have not answered me about a refund nor responded about how they got my information to begin with. It is some kind of financial service. Have texted and emailed again with only a confirmation to cancel my subscription.

On March 30th, 2022 I received a fraudulent charge of $102 through PayPal with the email *** I did not place this order and when I reached out to the company they claimed they had no record of this order as the person commiting the fraud used a separate email. This means I do not have an order number, nor do a have the email that it was placed under. It was placed for something called "ProxyScape Premium" which I can guarantee I have never ordered. I will be attaching a photo of the notification I received from Paypal, however I did censor my private address details.

Paddle.com I canceled my 1 week trial the 1st day due to the software being illegal

I canceled my 1 week trial the 1st day due to the software being illegal. I had no idea it was that type of software. I was charged anyway, I had to cancel again, and no word back on my refund. The software allows you to copy copyrighted videos and music.

10/4 $66 charge on paypal that was withdrew from my personal checking account. an unauthorized charge for Reshape Me have the worst customer service ever- want to be refunded $66 on a subscription I never had any intention to sign up for. After seeing a charge on my account I sidnt authorize - I contact paypal right away and filed dispute. after the last 3 days of fighting with Paddle being the mediator I am still being denied my refund - see picture I never even signed up for a subscription as Reshape me claims - all i want is my $66 refund

Paddle.com I was charged a subscription fee for a service I never ordered

I was charged a subscription fee for a service I never ordered. My company is a real estate entity with one location and has no e commerce or need for for service. I saw on the bank charge it was even the wrong email address and Paddle will not issue me a refund.

I purchased this spyware and cannot get anyone on the phone (phone number is not in service) or anyone via email to assist me with setting up program. They advertise a 60 day refund policy, I purchased this product on 1/27 and have asked repeatedly for a refund and they have not responded. I cannot get anyone on the phone and they will not respond to my emails. I feel this business may be fraudulent and would like a refund. I paid $135.00 for this product that is of no use to me because i cannot get the program to work.

There have been reccuring charges from paddle.net and paddle.com for $4.95/month sometimes 2 and 3 times a month since October on my bank statement. Sometimes the charge comes from New York and sometimes from London so there will be an additional $.10 charge when thAt happens. I have no idea what this charge is, I have Never subscribed to this paddle place nor ordered anything from them and there is no reference number listed for the transaction on my statement. When I called to inquire about what kind of company this was, I was told that I needed to furnish my card number in order to be told. I do not think so!

Back in April this year (2021), I bought a software from Paddle.com for voice editing. It was supposed to be a 1 time charge but, I got charged 4 times the same day. When my card was declined to buy Groceries, I started looking at why. I paid the one time fee through ***.com and got to looking at April and then seen the trouble. There was the original payment of $37.00 for the software. Then, the same day; 2 more charges of $47.00 each. And then AGAIN, it July this year. I got a refund of the one in July but, not the one in April. It appears that this company and it's other software providers,once they get your card info, make fraudulent charges through *** to get more money out of you. I contacted *** and they denied to help. And then, paddle.com has given me the run around and I'm stuck and was charge additional bank fees for over drafts, at, My bank

Paddle.com this company went into my checking account and took out $64.43

this company went into my checking account and took out $64.43. I did not order such a thing. I don't even know who this company is and I want my money back right away. I am a disabled retirer and can't afford this. The companies that do this should be taken to court and jailed and made to pay everyone back with interest for every day not paid back. Thats my grocery and *** money they stole from me.

On 6/30 I receive email notification that I renewed a subscription MP3 Youtube downloader and was being charged the appropriate amount. Many weeks previous I canceled the subscription, with great difficulty. I absolutely did not renew. Paddle says they are looking into it but I have not heard from them in 12 days. I want them to refund my $11.99. I also went online on 6/30 and canceled the subscription that I never renewed. They keep telling me they have to contact the original vendor and I can not contact them myself, and they blame the vendor for the "mistake."

i paid $42.39 to Ad Blocker on November 22,2021 to block adds on my home computer. They took my money from my checking account. I never got an email with a receipt for this. The adds are coming up more often that before. i got an email from ***, . saying that my email did not exist and they needed all my purchase information again including my debit card. If they sent me an email, they have my correct email. i paid for a service and it is worse than before they took my $42.39. Can you help me with this? I just want an Ad Blocker for my home computer. Thank You. ***.

Paddle.com I realized that it was not what I wanted so I asked for a refund right away, they did not honor the refund, so I let it go

I realized that it was not what I wanted so I asked for a refund right away, they did not honor the refund, so I let it go. I did not ask to cancel a subscription because I did not sign up for a subscription. Yet, I saw charges in my PayPal from Paddle in April. After looking into my accounts history, I saw that they have been deducting money from my account since December . So, at this point I am confused, what type of company is Paddle and why do they have access to my account? Who are they? So, I contacted them via email, which is the information that I got from my PayPal account in the PayPal history. I did not approve a subscription therefore; I want my money back. I want to be reimbursed $100 and I want this unethical company to stop the subscription that they created right away. I want them to stop taking money out of my account with the unauthorized subscription that they created without my knowledge.
