Pacific Bath exceeded my expectations with their bathroom remodeling service. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, their team demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail. They took my vision and turned it into a reality, creating a space that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they completed the project on time and within budget.

Do not buy a bath conversion from Pacific Bath.

Even though they are proud of their affiliation with Kohler, Pacific Bath and all of their myriads of subsidiaries are not worthy of the fine name of Kohler.

They advertise 1-2 day completion, but in actuality it takes 4 very long days.

The first day of my ordeal was supposed to start at 8:00 AM. It started at 10:00.

The company told me that two trained men would handle the demolition.

One showed up, his name was Andrew and he did not have the tools to adequately perform the task.

He put very thin sheets of plastic up to try and contain the dust and debris. That didn’t work. There was dust, grit and pieces of concrete everywhere.

He used a sledge hammer and I was subjected to 5 hours of the loudest banging.

At 3 or 4:00 two men arrived and relieved the first guy. The names of these men were Gerardo and Cesar.

That’s when I found out that Andrew had 1 month on the job and no training.

The tools and help he was supposed to have left for another job. His name was Danny. He never came in my home to assess the project nor leave the necessary tools to adequately complete the task of demolition.

Andrew not only demolished the existing shower/bath, but ruined two adjacent walls.

I had dust grit and chunks of concrete from the bath, the guest room to the front door.

The flooring is permanently scratched.

The adjacent walls were compromised and I now have a footlong crack in the ceiling.

I reported this on a daily basis, but to no avail.

The two men who finished the job were very apologetic and did all they could to rectify the problems incurred.

The job started on Wednesday with completion on Thursday. I gave them one day of grace. I had 2 doctor appointments on Friday.

I had to reschedule those appointments and lost Friday and Saturday. I have reached out to Pacific Bath and they have not made any attempts to make it right and fix the damage their installers have caused.

Pacific Bath Company is the best! *** and *** did an amazing job on our showers. They made them look so beautiful! These guys are super friendly and we would definitely buy from them again.

I got a walk-in bath installed by Pacific Bath. My hubby really digs it with all them jets, great for his back and neck, and they can be adjusted. *** and *** were real pros and did a bang-up job.

We worked with *** and ***, and we were totally happy! Both are super smart, friendly, and pros. *** put in lots of hours to make a tough job perfect, and *** always got back to us fast when we had questions. We found out that this company really stands by their warranty 100%.

We was promissed a luxery walk in bath made by Kohler, that had a lifetime waranty for an extremely high (way overpriced in my opinion) price tag. Only to be met with brokin parts, water leaking through out ceiling, and horrific customer service. They refuse to answer our calls and hav not made good on their waranty. Weve had this thing less than 4 months and we already want to send it back.

and his trainee from Pacific Bath Company worked for 30 hours over three days to install our new walk-in bath. They did an amazing job, paying close attention to every little detail. They didn't even take breaks for lunch and only stopped for dinner once, as they were determined to reach the perfect stopping point. We wholeheartedly recommend these two installers without any hesitation. They were absolutely fantastic. *** and

Be careful & cautious. Stay informed each step. Take photos as the work progresses. Take the time to do a detailed inspection of the work. They were willing to come back and fix the items that were wrong. However, every time they came back something else broke or was done incorrectly. The 4 day job ended up being 14 days. Overall, I am 95% happy with the end product but the process was tiring and frustrating.

We had a bath to shower conversion done by Pacific Bath and we're really happy with how it turned out. Our installer, ***, did a great job of keeping us in the loop and answering our questions. They were also really good at dealing with unexpected issues during the demolition, like previous water damage and mold. The end result was really professional and the repairs to the walls outside the shower were done so well that you can't even tell there was any work done. We're really pleased with our new shower and the service we got from ***.

The Kohler Shower install by Pacific Bath was done real good from start to finish. The Lead Installer did a good job leading a team of 3 others to take apart our old shower and put in a new European type walk-in shower that was made for our living space. The Lead Installer was chosen for this project because of how unique the design was. He guided the rest of the team over 4 days to finish the installation real good. He stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was going according to plan and what we wanted. Each team member had their own skills for the install. On the third day, one of the Installation Field Managers came by for about an hour to meet with the Installers and Client. That made me feel good. So to wrap it up, I wanna thank the Lead Installer, the other team members, and Clover the Dog for working in our home this week and treating it with respect. Good job everyone!

I chose Pacific Bath for my shower remodel after bidding against 2 other companies. Above and beyond the competitive bid, Pacific Bath was the only company that promised to start and finish immediately. No wait up to 6 weeks, for out of state materials delivery. A couple of reasons WHY to choose Pacific Bath 1. Sales/Design representative, *** never tried to sell me, but instead offered recommendations that best meet my specific needs and that also exceeded our expectations! *** also returned to meet the team before work began to review details and offer support. 2. Received a call to start earlier than scheduled (when does that happen)! 3. *** lead by *** was prompt, organized, worked clean and professional. 4. Crew members *** and *** assisted Master *** with eagerness and high energy throughout the day. 5. Team worked straight thru 10 straight hours each day stopping only to communicate/show design details with my wife and I. 6. The added attention to detail to ensure safe and convenient handicap accessibility was Outstanding! Pacific Bath provides high quality products, service and workmanship. I high recommend them when in need of a bathroom remodel! Thank you
