Ottawa Parging Group clearly explained what needed to be done to repair the parging on our bungalow. With the understanding that weather can be a factor, the work was started and completed by their colleague John on the dates which were booked for us. There were no surprises and we are certainly happy with the results.

We're very happy with the service provided by the Ottawa Parging Group. Two of the (exterior) corners of our home's foundation were in pretty bad shape and we had some smaller cracks in other places as well. The folks from the Ottawa Parging Group did a great job fixing the corners, other noticeable cracks, and then parging the whole foundation.

Mr. Ottawa Parging Group and his crew did a fantastic job on my house. Ottawa Parging Group gave me a quote and a timeline and both were exactly as he said. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, were very polite and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the job site and walked me through everything that they did. I am very pleased with their work. Came on time when they said, did a great job, the house looks new. They did the parging inside the garage sides and all around the house foundation. They had given us a estimate last year but ran out of time but we expected it as they had told of that possibility, kept the same estimate for this year. Done professionally and gave us instructions to make it last. We are very happy.

The standards of this company are very low. The quality of the work is minimal. They even applied parging on a piece of fabric that was sticked to the corner of the porch foundation. We had to ask to correct some areas that were messy. The finish is not the same color on these areas. After they left, we saw they dropped parging finish on the window wells. It sticks there. I do not recommend this business.

Good communication ahead of time to arrange a time to come and repair cracks and re-parge our Triplex. I had to ask them to come and redo a small area but it was done in a couple of days, no questions asked or even trying to tell me it was good enough. They did everything I needed done and I am very happy with the work. I do renovations myself and am very picky so if they passed my scrutiny they did well.

Just had some parging done around the extended garage foundation, the work was done within the time frame initially indicated by Ottawa Parging Group, the actual work was done by their skilled team who did the actual preparation and parging, it was done efficiently and professionally, and I am very satisfied of the work completed. From initial quote, to prep and completion, Ottawa Parging Group were amazing with the project. They were quick to communicate cost and timing and were honest to the work to be performed. Wall parging work was performed in our garage as well as on entrance lips to our two single garage doors in the spring of 2021. Work estimate detailed exact work activities to be performed and they were delivered exactly as noted resulting in like a brand new looking garage. Communications back and forth were timely and responses were direct via voice - a nice change from most contractors these days. Cleanup was excellent and would highly recommended this business.

We hired Ottawa Parging Group to complete parging around our entire house. The parging on our house was old, cracking, stained and was in need of repair. Ottawa Parging Group was very responsive. They were able to provide a comprehensive quote and answered any questions we had quickly. The team that came out to do the parging was efficient and professional. The parging around the house was completed in about a day and a half and looks fantastic! We couldn't be more pleased with the result.

I highly recommend Ottawa Parging Group. They parged the outside of my house and fixed some cracks in the concrete. I booked them last fall and they were very clear that they may not get to this job until the spring due to the late season booking. They were very good with communication and let me know when the season ended what to expect. When they came out this spring they did a fantastic job and also identified any other work, like caulking that I needed to do to prevent issues with the parging work.

Wall parging work was performed on entire back wall of house, as well as resurfacing in our garage side wall. Very quick to answer my call for a quote and even quicker to fit me in before I was having my patio done. Gent that did the work was very respectful and asked that I walk him through the work to confirm that he would be doing what I expected of him. He was quiet and went about this work without any interruptions to me while I was working from home. Very clean work and very happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company.

The foundation of our home was in need of the existing parging to be replaced and due to being a senior citizen, I knew that it would be too much work for me. From the initial call to Ottawa Parging Group for a quote, to the completion of the work, I was impressed with their quality and thoroughness. I am old school and I strongly believe in communication between customer and service provider. I was informed every step of the way on what they were going to do, when it was being done and when they were finished. An excellent job all the way. Only 5 stars are available...I give them 6.

A friend recommended the repair services of the Ottawa Parging Group and we contacted them in early spring. Following a review of of the parging around our house which was in disrepair, we were provided with a reasonable quote for the required work. As they were extremely busy we agreed the work would be done in early fall. They arrived as promised and completed the work. Their approach to the job was meticulous and the result reflected high quality workmanship. The parging is smooth and even and, in addition to the protection it provides, looks great! Brian M. I'm very satisfied with the work done to repair the parging around my front step. Although the job was a relatively small project it was performed with professional attention to detail. When initially arranging the contract, the scope and parameters of the work were meticulously explained. When commencement of the work was delayed because of the covid-19 lockdown, I was kept adequately informed of potential restart dates such that I was assured my project had not fallen through the cracks. When the lockdown was eased the project was expeditiously completed. The result was up to my expectations. the cleanup was excellent and the workforce participants were polite and courteous.
