I made an application for an Internet package, but it was never activated. When I visited Telkom to inquire about the issue, they informed me that my SIM would not be activated because OpenWeb, another party involved, had not completed the necessary administrative tasks correctly. Despite this, Telkom continues to deduct money from my account. The situation has forced me to change my account details at work due to concerns about this apparent scam.

I submitted my application on September 26th, 2023, with an expected activation time of 48 hours. However, it has now been five days, and there has been no progress.

I have been attempting to contact their customer service through phone calls every day, but my calls have gone unanswered. Similarly, my messages through WhatsApp have been ignored, and the issue remains unresolved.

As of today, I have yet to receive a response, but money continues to be deducted from my account.

Desired outcome: I need my refund and to alert people not to apply to openweb for anything.
