Only-Fairytale.com review: Items never received and customer service is not responding

I ordered two golf mats from this company after seeing an Instagram ad for the swing detection mats. Both of them were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I received a confirmation email from the company, and then “shipping updates” from “[protected]@24hservice”. The shipping updates were few and far between, and I still don’t have the items on 1/2/23. The tracking shows the items are now in “clolorado springs”— yes, it’s spelled that way, which is incorrect—Similar to what a previous consumer posted . Lord knows where the packages are, or if they are even real. I spent close to $80, and my card was charged. I’ve emailed their customer service team twice and haven’t heard back at all.
