OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce: A Nightmare Experience - Shady Tactics, Poor Customer Service, and No Apologies

I heard about OnlineDivorce from a friend and decided to give it a try. At first, everything seemed fine and I was hopeful that the process would be smooth. However, it turned out to be a complete nightmare. After they received my spouse's response documents, they didn't take any action for six months. When I finally called to inquire, their customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. They used all sorts of shady tactics to get off the phone with me.

First, they put me on hold for hours and then the call got cut off. When I tried calling back, they promised to call me back but never did. They also claimed to have escalated my case and promised to email and call me within 24 hours, but three weeks passed and nothing happened. I couldn't even speak to a supervisor or manager for two weeks. When I finally caught a supervisor via email, he went on vacation and didn't even bother to apologize.

To make matters worse, OnlineDivorce has shady physical addresses. Eventually, they sent the documents back to me saying the service was over without even bothering to apologize. I suspect they were too scared that I would request a refund. In my opinion, it's not worth the risk. For $300, you can get a paralegal to show you and your spouse where to sign. Don't put yourself through this nightmare.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce.com Review: A Nightmare Experience with No End in Sight

I gotta say, my experience with OnlineDivorce.com has been a real headache. I thought I was doing the smart thing by going online to get my divorce papers, but boy was I wrong. First off, they sent the documents to the court without any proof that my husband was served. So now the clerk of courts has all the divorce documents and can't do anything with them because they have no proof he was served by certified mail. What a mess!

And to make matters worse, I had to pay for this service twice because I wasn't informed the first time there was a time limit. And I've been charged monthly for a service that hasn't proved to help at all and was also not agreed to. I mean, come on! I'm already going through a divorce, the last thing I need is to be nickel and dimed by some online service.

But wait, there's more! I agreed to a storage fee of $8.99 a year, which seemed reasonable at the time. But now I can't even log onto my account with them to get information or my own documents without upgrading for an additional $100+! Are you kidding me? That's just ridiculous.

All in all, I'm not happy with the service at all. I should be divorced by now and I've been at this since March! Now I have to re-send the documents to my husband by certified mail just for him to sign the certified mail so the court will have that on file. Then still have to wait 30 more days for the waiting period. It's just one thing after another with this company.

So, if you're thinking about using OnlineDivorce.com, I would strongly advise against it. Save yourself the headache and go with a different service or even better, hire a lawyer. Trust me, it'll be worth it in the long run.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce Review: Disappointing Experience with Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service

I was really excited to try out OnlineDivorce (onlinedivorce.com) to get my divorce paperwork done online. I paid the initial fee of $139+, but then a representative called me and convinced me to sign up for the premium package. We talked for about 30 minutes on the phone, but they never mentioned anything about a deadline. They guaranteed me that there would be no additional charges after the initial $139+ and $299 for the premium package.

I even asked the representative, Michael, to send me a reminder to do the paperwork since I have a busy work and home schedule and I travel frequently. However, he never followed up with me after sending the initial information or even when I sent an email requesting advice on how to proceed.

Feeling frustrated, I called customer service and they told me to cancel online and request a refund. However, I decided to fill out every form they asked for instead.

Recently, I spoke with someone in billing who claimed to be a supervisor, but they had no patience and refused to transfer me to anyone in billing or a manager, even though I requested it as a client. They were not willing to give me a full refund, even though I haven't even filled out a single form yet.

I signed up for OnlineDivorce in good faith, but if the service is going to keep charging me additional subscriptions without providing any service, then I don't think this is a good company or service. I am disappointed with my experience so far and would not recommend this service to anyone.

OnlineDivorce Disappointing Experience with OnlineDivorce: Frustrating Process and Poor Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with OnlineDivorce. I started using their service back in March of last year, and I gotta say, it's been a pretty frustrating process. Every step of the way, it feels like I've had to call and follow up with them just to make sure things are moving forward. And even when I do get someone helpful on the phone, it's like they're just trying to get through their quota for the day.

I even paid for their Platinum service, which was supposed to be top-of-the-line, but I haven't seen any evidence of that. I've had to reorder papers multiple times, and even though I paid extra for expedited delivery, they still haven't been sent to my spouse. It's been almost three weeks since I placed the order, and I'm starting to wonder if they're ever going to get around to it.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, they told me it was out of the scope of time. But honestly, I don't feel like any of the services I've received have been up to par. I've had to follow up so many times, and my case has multiple notes, but it feels like they're just ignoring me.

I really wish they wouldn't take advantage of people who are in a bad situation and just trying to get out of it. If they're not going to be clear about the fact that the other person needs to sign the papers too, then they shouldn't be guaranteeing a Platinum service that's not actually Platinum. I spent almost $500 on a service that was advertised as $199, and I feel like I got nothing in return.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend OnlineDivorce to anyone. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce Review: Easy Process but Poor Customer Service and Instructions

I recently used OnlineDivorce to file for divorce and while the process was relatively easy, there were some issues that I encountered that made the experience less than ideal. Firstly, I found that the instructions on the website were not as clear as they could have been. While there were instructions that came with the forms once they were mailed, I had questions that I needed answered before I received the forms. Unfortunately, I found that sending an email did not result in speedy responsiveness and I had to wait several days for a response.

Furthermore, when I did receive my forms, I found that the packet with instructions indicated that I needed a notary and to print forms. However, there was no indication on my form for a notary to sign and there were no instructions for printing or making copies. This lack of clarification made the process more confusing and frustrating than it needed to be.

In addition, I found that it was difficult to get in touch with someone from OnlineDivorce when I needed assistance. While I was able to get someone on the phone once after a long hold period, another time I called I was on hold for over 30 minutes and had to drop the call. I also sent several emails, some of which took days to receive a response and some of which were never responded to at all.

Finally, I encountered an issue with the processing tool for credit cards being down and was asked to Zell money instead. When I asked for confirmation that my credit card would be credited, I was unable to receive a clear answer and ultimately chose not to Zell money. I sent an email to make OnlineDivorce aware of the issue and to ask for confirmation that my order was processed, but did not receive a response.

Overall, while the process of using OnlineDivorce was relatively easy, the lack of clear instructions and difficulty in getting in touch with customer service made the experience less than ideal. I would recommend that OnlineDivorce work on improving their customer service and providing clearer instructions to make the process smoother for their customers.

OnlineDivorce Avoid onlinedivorce.com: Incompetence, Mistakes, and Lack of Communication

So, I wanna talk about my experience with onlinedivorce.com. Let me tell you, it was a real doozy. First off, they had me send a postal money order to cover court fees. Now, I don't know about you, but who even uses postal money orders anymore? And get this, they never expire! But apparently, they needed me to send a newer one because the courts won't accept it if it's over 90 days old. What a load of bull, am I right?

But that's not even the worst part. They kept messing up my documents and not sending me everything I needed to sign and have notarized. And when I tried to call my assigned case worker, I could never get through to them. I had to talk to someone else who would then pass on the message. And it took them a week or two to even respond to my emails.

And get this, they send you the documents in pdf form so you can't even print them out and make sure you didn't miss anything. And when they claim you did miss something, they charge you a fee to rush it to you via mail. Like, come on, can't you just email it to me?

I ended up spending a fortune just overnighting forms that they claimed I forgot to sign or notarize. But the final straw was when my case worker said I forgot to sign something AGAIN. I was so done with their incompetence that I asked for all my documents and my "expired" non-expiring postal money order to be sent to me.

I took everything to my clerk of court and my divorce was finalized just two weeks later. So, my advice to you is to avoid these [censored]s at all costs. Trust me, you don't want to deal with their constant mistakes and lack of communication.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce Review: Disappointing Services and False Promises

So, I decided to give OnlineDivorce a try and I must say, I was not impressed with their services. First of all, I paid for the platinum package which promised that neither me nor my ex would have to show up in court. However, that turned out to be a complete lie as I received a paper from the court stating my court date and I had to appear. This was quite frustrating as I had paid extra for this service.

Secondly, when I received my papers from OnlineDivorce, I quickly signed and notarized them and sent them back within 2 days. However, it took them almost 3 weeks to even reply back to me. Then, they sent the papers to my ex who signed and notarized them within 3 days of receiving them. But, it took OnlineDivorce almost a month to let me know that there was something wrong with the notary on my ex's end. By that time, it was too late to fix the issue and I was declined a divorce.

I was quite disappointed as the website claims to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So, I asked for a refund but they only refunded me $29 for the name change. I had paid a total of $437 ($139 for the initial sign up, $269 for platinum, and an additional $29 for the name change) and they were only willing to refund me a small portion of it.

When I called to speak with the manager, I was given the run around and was not able to get a satisfactory answer. It was quite frustrating as I had trusted this website to help me with my divorce and they had let me down. I would not recommend using this website as their services were not up to par and they did not deliver on their promises.

OnlineDivorce Avoid Onlinedivorce.com: Terrible Customer Service and Endless Mistakes

Onlinedivorce.com is, like, totally the worst company I've ever dealt with. Like, seriously, I've never left a negative review before, but this company is just so bad that I had to warn other people about them. I mean, I get that mistakes happen, but when they happen over and over again and nobody bothers to fix them or even contact you about them, that's just not cool.

So, like, my divorce started in December of 2021 and my husband and I were both on the same page about everything. We didn't have any kids or shared assets, so we figured a simple divorce would be the way to go. But right off the bat, I had a question about what info I needed to fill out and when I called customer service, they told me to "leave the area blank." Well, that turned out to be a huge mistake because it caused a month-long delay when the paperwork had to be sent back to me and the circuit court number actually needed to be filled out. And get this, it takes, like, 15 business days for them to respond to anything!

There were other issues along the way, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because, like, mistakes happen, right? But for the past three weeks, I've had to call customer service almost every night just to get an update on my case. They kept telling me that the documents were approved and just waiting to be shipped to the courts, but they sat around for three whole weeks before they were finally mailed out. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor, this guy named Jhon was supposed to call me back three different times, but he missed every single appointment we made. And when he finally did get in touch with me, his communication skills were, like, terrible. I mean, how can someone like that be a supervisor in customer service?

And then today, I got an email saying that some of my paperwork was "misplaced" and I had to get it notarized all over again and pay for extra shipping. I mean, seriously, how is this company still in business? All they're good at is dragging out the divorce process and charging extra fees. If you're thinking about using them for your divorce, do yourself a favor and find another company. I wish I had done more research before I trusted them.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce.com Review: Not Worth the Trouble and Expense

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to use OnlineDivorce.com. I mean, who wouldn't want a speedy and simple process for getting a divorce, right? But let me tell you, this service has caused me more trouble than it's worth. First off, they didn't even bother to check that my spouse and I had different addresses, so they prepared all the forms for Texas, even though neither of us are eligible to file there. It took me two whole weeks and a ton of phone calls just to figure out that we couldn't file in Texas, and that was a huge waste of time.

And if that wasn't bad enough, I've been getting bombarded with emails, phone calls, and pop-ups for a premium service that I can't even use because I'm not in a state where it's offered. Talk about irritating, stressful, and inconvenient.

I had to take matters into my own hands and download the forms myself, then call the Montgomery courthouse to figure out what was going on. And even then, I only found out because I specifically asked about my situation - living outside of Texas and all that. And get this - because I downloaded the forms, I'm not even eligible for their "Not Satisfied, Money Back" guarantee. So now I'm stuck with their hefty one-time fee and monthly fee.

Honestly, this service is way too expensive for what they actually provide. And if you're not a "normal" customer - meaning, if you don't fit into their cookie-cutter mold of divorce proceedings - then forget about it. They don't provide any resources or guidance for people like me who just want a clearer, more guided process for filing. I had to figure everything out on my own, even though their phone reps kept asking if I needed help and were supposed to guide me through the process.

So take my advice - don't use OnlineDivorce.com if you can help it. Do your own research, use online resources, and even call the courthouse yourself. It'll be a lot less stressful and a lot more worth your time.

was great and came within an hour of our call...pretty amazing in this current climate of service calls. He was very professional and fixed the problem quickly as well as consulting with me on some shower problems we have. *** followed up quickly to be sure the service was great, which it was. *** did a great job in getting a technician to us, not only on the same day, but within an hour of my call. The company was great, and we appreciated the quick response and good work, as otherwise our water would have been cut off waiting for the fix. I do agree with the previous review that the price did seem high, $613 to cut into a small drywall area and replace part of the pipe and the broken valve which feeds into the refrigerator tubing. That fee included the $89 trip visit. I really am not up on how much these repairs generally cost, but all in all we were happy to have the quick response and good service.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce Review: Disappointing Service, Full of Mistakes and No Help Provided

I recently used OnlineDivorce to help me with my divorce. I thought it would be a simple process since my spouse and I were not fighting about any issues and we have no children. I decided to use their online service and filled out the questionnaire. I checked it over a million times to make sure everything was correct. However, when I received the document, it was full of mistakes that the company made.

I was extremely disappointed that they did not fulfill their only responsibility, which was to fill out the forms with the 100% correct information I gave them. They mixed up my answers and filled out the forms incorrectly. They even failed to follow the form directions, for example, it clearly stated to write only the last 4 digits of the account number, but they wrote the whole account information.

I was so upset that I had to go through all the documents and fill them out myself. It was a complete waste of money and time. I could have done it myself and saved myself the trouble. To make matters worse, I called them 10 times for help, and they promised to call me back, but they never did.

Overall, I would not recommend OnlineDivorce to anyone. They only take your money and disappear. It was a frustrating experience, and I would not want anyone else to go through what I did.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce Review: Decent Service, but Annoying Premium Upgrade Push

The process of using OnlineDivorce (onlinedivorce.com) was pretty straightforward. However, I have to say that the constant pestering from the company to upgrade to their premium service was beyond annoying. I mean, I received around two notifications per day from them! One of them was from a representative who would switch between calls and emails, while the other was from their automated system. It was like they were trying to harass me into spending more money, even though I was already going through a tough time with my divorce.

To make matters worse, I was also dealing with unemployment due to the pandemic and a loss of household income. So, being repeatedly bombarded with messages to upgrade to their premium service was just too much for me to handle. It was like they didn't care about my situation at all.

I finally reached my breaking point and angrily replied to one of their emails, telling them to foff. Surprisingly, that's when the harassing emails and calls stopped. It's like they finally got the message that I wasn't interested in their premium service and just wanted to get through my divorce without any more hassle.

Overall, I would say that OnlineDivorce is a decent service, but their constant hounding of customers to upgrade to their premium service needs to stop. It's just not fair to people who are already dealing with a difficult situation.

OnlineDivorce Affordable and Helpful, but Beware of Hidden Fees: My OnlineDivorce.com Review

I recently used OnlineDivorce.com to file for my divorce. My case was a simple one, and I found the website to be very helpful in guiding me through the process. The best part was that it saved me from having to figure out what needed to be filed, which was a huge relief.

One of the things that I appreciated about OnlineDivorce.com was the reasonable cost. As someone who is exceedingly poor, this was a major factor in my decision to use their services. However, I do wish that they had been more transparent about the fees involved in filing for divorce. The instructions stated that I would need to pay a fee to file, and that I would need to find out the amount from my local court. I later found out that most poor people in California qualify for a fee waiver, which would have saved me $435. Unfortunately, I had already paid the fees by the time I learned about this option. I was very eligible for a fee waiver, so I was disappointed that OnlineDivorce.com did not mention this in their instructions.

Another issue that I encountered was with the final documents that needed to be submitted. OnlineDivorce.com did not mention that the judgment needed to be notarized by two notaries. In fact, they did not even mention that California requires one notary, let alone two. This was frustrating, as it added an extra step to the process that I was not prepared for.

Overall, I would recommend OnlineDivorce.com to anyone who is looking for a simple and affordable way to file for divorce. However, I would caution others to do their own research on the fees involved and to be prepared for any additional steps that may be required in their state.

OnlineDivorce Mixed Experience with OnlineDivorce: Convenient but Frustrating Fees and Charges

So, I decided to give OnlineDivorce a try after hearing about it from a friend. At first, I was excited about the $139 initial payment offer, but then I was hit with an unexpected extra charge of $299 for a premium listing. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to go ahead with it anyway.

However, I soon found out that court fees were not included in the price, and there were more charges coming my way. It was frustrating, to say the least. But I decided to push through and see what OnlineDivorce had to offer.

Unfortunately, my debit card was declined for the extra charge, so I had to try again the next day. I was feeling pretty down about the whole situation, especially since my marriage had been a disaster. My wife Karen had accomplished very little in our marriage and spent money recklessly on herself, her drug-addicted friends, and even total strangers.

To make matters worse, the pandemic had caused my company to go under, and Karen had either taken or stolen the rest of our money behind my back. She was addicted to Xanax, Oxycodone, and Crystal Meth, and was prone to gossiping and telling tall tales.

Living on HD Ave, we had a lot of police records, 911 tapes, and recordings of her daily verbally abusive rants that often turned into vicious physical attacks. Despite all of this, I still loved her and tried my best to make things work, but I ultimately failed.

My daughters didn't want to see her and even called her a psycho. Karen was always in denial and a hypocrite, which made things even more difficult.

Overall, my experience with OnlineDivorce was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the convenience of being able to handle everything online, the unexpected charges and fees were frustrating. However, I would still recommend it to others who are looking for a quick and easy way to get divorced.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce Review: Easy Process, but Beware of Sneaky Fees

I gotta tell ya, I had a divorce and I used this company called OnlineDivorce. Let me tell you, it was easy peasy lemon squeezy. I mean, I filed and the paperwork was all good, so that's a plus. But let me tell you, there were some things that really grinded my gears and made me say "never again".
First off, they kept trying to sell me on their more expensive services. I mean, I get it, they're a business and they gotta make that money, but come on now. They were sending me emails and calling me all the time about it. It was like, "leave me alone already".
But that's not even the worst part. When I finally got through all the paperwork and thought I was done paying, I found out they were charging me a monthly fee of $39.99! I had to cancel that subscription myself, and even after that they hit me with an $8.99 storage fee. I mean, what the heck? I wish someone had told me about all this before I used them. It's just not right, you know?
So, if you're thinking about using OnlineDivorce, just be careful. Make sure you read all the terms and conditions and watch out for those sneaky fees. I mean, I got through it all okay, but I wouldn't use them again if you paid me.

OnlineDivorce Onlinedivorce.com Review: Unreliable Service and Frustrating Delays in Divorce Process

Onlinedivorce.com was supposed to be the answer to my prayers. I was looking for a way to get a divorce without having to go through the hassle of hiring a lawyer and dealing with all the paperwork myself. The "platinum" service seemed like the perfect solution, promising to take care of everything for me and guaranteeing that all the necessary forms would be filed with the correct court.

Unfortunately, things haven't gone quite as smoothly as I had hoped. While I did receive several documents that were filed with the court, the final document that the judge needs to sign has not yet been filed. This means that my divorce is still not finalized, even though I paid for the "platinum" service and was assured that everything would be taken care of.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to ask about the delay, I was told that everything was complete and that there was nothing else that needed to be done. This was obviously not the case, and it's frustrating to feel like I'm not being taken seriously by the company that I paid to help me with this important process.

I'm now left wondering what my next steps should be. Do I try to contact customer service again and hope that they can actually help me this time? Or do I need to hire a lawyer and start the process all over again? Either way, I'm extremely disappointed with the service that I received from Onlinedivorce.com, and I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy way to get a divorce.

I'll be sure to update this post as things develop, but for now, I would advise anyone who is considering using Onlinedivorce.com to think twice before handing over their hard-earned money.

OnlineDivorce Mixed Experience with onlinedivorce.com: Easy to Use, but Poor Customer Service and Refund Policy

I gotta say, I tried out onlinedivorce.com for a day and a half and I was blown away by how easy it was to use. But then, things took a turn for the worse. My spouse and I reconciled after just one day, so I decided to request a refund. They reached out to me via email to set up a call, but I had to decline because of the big time difference - I'm stationed in Japan, you know. So we communicated back and forth via email, and they told me I could only get a partial refund because I had already completed an interview. But here's the thing - I never completed that interview! I even showed them proof, but they still wouldn't budge. And let me tell you, whatever was completed was not up to par because I didn't have all the info I needed. They didn't even take into account my active duty military status. I had to talk to someone every day just to get my refund claim processed, but then they closed it because they said I didn't answer any phone calls. I feel like such a dummy for using this service.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce Review: Terrible Service, Waste of Time and Money!

I started my divorce process with OnlineDivorce (onlinedivorce.com) on December 10th, 2022. However, I am still currently married. The decree they sent me has been rejected by the Houston Texas court 245. The judge said it was "TRASH" and needed so many corrections to the verbiage that he wouldn't even accept the first sentence, which states that I have appeared before a judge. He asked when because today I am just getting here!

The decree states that my son is not able to be removed from my residence, and the judge said that this is too restrictive. The decree also calls my husband and me by name throughout, but then starts saying "obligee" and "obligor" without ever referencing who we are!

I have sent several emails and called OnlineDivorce's customer service, but each representative says that a supervisor will reply. The supervisor offered me $50, which is ABSURD considering that I paid these people $567.95 for their platinum service and parenting class, and I still can't get divorced.

To make matters worse, they even called me to ask what to write on the decree. Why would I need them if I knew what to write? I would file it myself. I am going to contact an attorney for them and not for my divorce because this is THEFT!

I would give OnlineDivorce 0 stars for their terrible service and lack of professionalism. It is frustrating to spend so much money and time on a service that cannot even provide a basic level of quality. I would not recommend OnlineDivorce to anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient divorce service.

OnlineDivorce OnlineDivorce: Poor Customer Service and Inaccurate Paperwork Result in Frustration and Delay

My experience with OnlineDivorce was not a pleasant one. I thought that since my divorce was straightforward with no property or children involved, it would be a simple process. However, the paperwork they provided was incorrect and was rejected by the courts six times. It was frustrating to have to keep going back and forth with the courts and OnlineDivorce to get everything sorted out.

Even after my divorce was finalized, they continued to send me paperwork to complete, thinking that my case was still open. It took over a year to complete my paperwork, which was a huge inconvenience. When I reached out to their customer service team to address the issues, I was disappointed with their response. They offered no resolution and their rebuttal didn't even make sense. It was clear that they were not interested in helping me resolve the issues.

Their customer service team was not helpful at all. Even though they put me on hold for 10 minutes to read my file, they still had no clue what was going on with my case or how to fix the problems they created. It was frustrating to have to deal with their incompetence.

If you are considering using OnlineDivorce, I would advise against it. Even if your divorce is friendly, it's better to go with a mediator and get it done quicker and easier than this company can. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service make them a company to avoid.

OnlineDivorce OntarioOnlineDivorce Review: A Complete Waste of Time and Money

I recently tried using OntarioOnlineDivorce, which is a subsidiary of OnlineDivorce, and I have to say, it was a complete waste of time. The process seemed simple enough at first - you answer a few questions about yourself and what you need, and then the website auto-fills some documents for you. But then, you're sent a whopping 70-80 pages of every possible form you can imagine.

The instructions they give you are to "fill in the forms," but good luck trying to figure out which ones you actually need. I ended up completing the process somewhere else and found out that OntarioOnlineDivorce didn't even provide me with all the necessary forms.

And don't even think about asking for a refund. As soon as you talk to them and see the forms, they claim that you've "used their service and therefore waive your right to a refund." So much for their guaranteed satisfaction promise.

Instead, I recommend going to the Ontario government's free website, which offers great instructions and walks you through everything that OntarioOnlineDivorce promised but failed to deliver. Save yourself the headache and avoid this website at all costs.
