I was hesitant to pay the amount, but I was constantly hassled by their representatives.

I refused to pay the additional amount, and they threatened me, saying that I was in trouble as I wouldn't pay. I asked for my money back, but they said they couldn't refund it as it was for the first month's payment, even though I didn't take out the loan. When I constantly queried it, they just said they couldn't refund it and that there was no cooling-off period.

I would advise anyone not to touch this company. They are not trustworthy and will try to take advantage of you. I regret my decision to deal with them and hope that others can learn from my experience.
