One day Roofing gave me a bid for over twice the amount 3 other roofing companies gave me. They are a rip off period and I advise that's anyone needing a roof not to use them.

Roof leaked only two months after completed ,I have been trying to get a repair for the last 5 months 3 time I had and appointment for someone to come and address the issue no show no call nothing but excuses.

From start to finish the guys did a great job. Ive had other roofs done in the passed and this by far was the best experience. The crew of 12 knocked everything out and had my house back together by 4:30pm. Thank you.

They did such a great job 3 or 4 neighbors stopped by to request estimates as well. I've never seen so many people on a roof at one time. All the other roofs i've seen get done took a couple days. Thank you for the easy day.

Easy process. From day one it is an estimate, approval, and install date. I had an install date 3 days after my first phone call. The installation took one day. The Project Manager was in touch with us every few hours of the project.

We recently had our roof replaced by One Day Roofing and we are very happy with the work they did. Their staff was courteous, professional, experienced- what more can you ask for in a contractor! I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or roof replacement.

They just completed multiple houses on the street and really did an outstanding job. I was pretty shocked that the install was a day long process. It didn't seem rushed at all but the 10 person crew really worked hard to complete everything before the sun went down.

My husband and I were in a very tough spot during this pandemic but absolutely needed our roof fixed. I love the fact that I did everything over the phone and it was smooth and easy, not to mention the social distancing that took place! I personally spoke to owner, which was such a privilege to me, he was super attentive and we worked together to come up with an in-house financing that we both agreed on and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

One Day Roofing is a professional roofing company. Customer Service was there to assist you along the way. The installation team (7) arrived on time, as promised. They set out to complete the job. Although, since I have a steep pitched roof, they needed to return the following day to place the roof cap. In all, the crew worked efficiently together and I am well pleased with their work. The materials are all high quality and the warranty you can't beat. 50 year labor for any defect and damage under 135 mph winds. I am very satisfied. The price was comparable to other company's, but the warranty sold me. If you are in need of roof repair or replacement, call One Day Roofing.

Earlier this year,OneDayRoofing marginally performed a $22,000 roofing project at our home. I experienced problems with the company from day one. First none of the roofers spoke English. Second, the roofers left my yard a mess at the end of the each day during the four day roofing project. Third, during the quote I was promised GAF shingles, but they applied *** shingles on my roof Fourth, the roofers did not apply new caulking on several of the joints/edges/flashing. Now whenever it rains, water spots are on the brick of our house. This never happened before until after OneDayRoofing roofers loosened the edges even more when they added new shingles.

Several times, I sent documentary photos of the neglected flashing work and the resulting water spots on the brick to the Project Manager named Griffin. I asked him to
"please let me know when would be a good time for someone from OneDayRoofing can come to our home to apply new caulking in all of the needed areas". He never replied back.

After paying out $22,000, it's only fair that any truly professional company would at least take the courtesy to come back to investigate the complaint or problem. I feel so ROBBED and defeated knowing that I will probably have to pay out more money to another roofing company to rectify OneDayRoofing's unprofessional negligence.

Cold calling with people that can not speak english or pronouce names This company is failing not only the law, by honoring the do not call list, but also doing the citizens of this country a significant disservice by apparantly not using citizens for their cold calls. These persons have the inability to properly pronounce the persons name that they are calling. I find that to be extremely disrespectful.

My roof is beginning to show leaks in various areas The roof was installed by this company in 2013 it is now beginning to show various signs of leakage I have tried relentlessly calling and calling and they promised to return calls and to come out and they have not done so I have a contract and a full warranty and I would like for it to be honored but they will not even return phone calls I have called relentlessly . All I get is promises promises promises to call me back and they have yet to do so, they will not even give me their mailing address or any other information.I will forward any information regarding contract and warranty when needed.

Company won't call me to repair roof that's under warranty I had a roof installed on my home April 25 on August 14 it rained really heavy here in MD I started hearing leaking in my dining room and ceiling. The roof on back porch is over that area of my home I called One Day Roofing on 8/17 to have someone to come look at my roof which has a 50 year warranty. Since then I have been calling everyday to get help all I get from the front desk staff that some is going to call me. On 8/20 I was told the owner of the company was going to call me on 8/21. The owner never called as of today 8/28 no one from One Day Roofing still hasn't called me.

One Day Roofing is not following my request to be removed from their system. They continue to call me regularly. Somehow my phone number was attained by One Day Roofing, they purchased it from someone as I was in fact looking for a roof at the time. I spoke with someone (pre-sales) on the phone about a roof, and scheduled a follow-up call. I have chosen to go with another roofing company who I met in-person rather than just do this via phone and satellite. Unfortunately, One Day Roofing continues to call me regularly. I have requested my name and phone number be removed from their system repeatedly when they do. And yet they keep calling me, I believe it is up to 10 times now. Each time I clearly request them to remove my contact information and stop calling me.

I ask this company for 2 things. Strip the old roof before installing the new and a complete white top coating. After calls, too numerous to count, This roofing project started in February. The coating was supposed to be finished when it warmed up. It warmed up in may. I kept calling and asking when they would finish? I was having solar installed. I am a senior citizen so I didnt climb on the roof. I was told they coated the roof. They didnt finish since I can see the porch roof from my upstairs bedroom. It is not coated! Since they didnt strip the old roof before installing the new, Im concerned about the weight factor. This house was built in 1935. How many times has it been roofed over? I spent over 7000$ for this and I definitely wont recommend them to my worst enemy

Beware of One Day Roofing and the owner. He's very disrespectful once your check clears. Where do I start with One Day Roofing. I have never had a president of a company curse me out via the phone but that's what happened when I called Mr. (President of One Day Roofing.) His company didn't complete the roofing job, when I called him about an incomplete shoddy roofing job his company did he became very angry and belligerent on the phone. That was on Thursday, September 10. On that same day Thursday, September 10th Mr. later texted me asking me to sign a release letter & that he'd void any future payments owed. On September 11th I texted Mr. informing him that I didn't receive his release letter. He texted back "will have it over by end of day." He NEVER sent it. On Monday, September 14th I texted him again asking for the release letter. He informed me that we were now sticking to the original agreement. WHAT? This man is NOT a MAN of his WORD! And anyone who says this isn't true I'll prove that person to be a lier as well. I have the texts. The first time it rained it leaked tremendous into our building. The old roof was supposed to be taken up and replaced. It wasn't. From my experience, doing business with One Day Roofing is something I wouldn't recommend to an enemy. Do not allow yourself to be taken advantage of by this company. From my dealings with Mr., he will disrespect you if you complain and he will not honor his word. He'll just keep changing it. Again this is my personal experiences with him. The truth is people can say anything they want here so let me show you proof of what I'm saying. One Day Roofing owner Mathew R refuses to honor lifetime parts and labor warranty for repair of actively leaking roof. We contracted One Day Roofing (ODR) to replace our roof and gutters in 2014. The contract came with a lifetime labor and materials warranty. A leak developed over our garage area in 2018. We contacted One day roofing beginning in 2018 to repair a leak around my dormer window, that started after the installation of my roof by One Day Roofing. After many unanswered/unreturned calls an individual was sent to assess leak and denied recommended homeowners replace dormer window wood as potential cause of leak. We fixed dormer window wood and the leak persisted. My spouse spoke with One Day Roof owner Mathew R, who was extremely disrespectful, using multiple profane words and yelling towards throughout the call. Mathew adamantly denied the roof was the cause of leak and refused further assistance. I then re-initiated contact as leak persisted. One Day Roofing sent a second individual to assess the leak but said individual could not confirm the cause of the leak. After numerous attempts to have the company resolve the issue, I was told that I had to pay for an inspector to come inspect the roof before they would send anyone fix the leak. Previously, someone from ODR came out and told me that the leak was caused by rotted wood above my window. I paid someone else to replace and wrap the rotted wood, but the problem still persisted. After an inspector came to my home and stated that there was no evidence that the leak around my dormer window was because of any issue with the widow, but likely due to a flashing issue, One Day Roofing owner Mathew agreed to repair the leak and to put down weather watch leak barrier a few inches up the side of the dormer window. I was told I need to have the siding taken down for this work to be done. Since then, ODR has not responded to my numerous emails and phone calls attempting to schedule a date for the repair. I'm always told that, "a manager will call me back today." I went ahead and scheduled a siding contractor to come and take the siding down, and notified ODR via email (to the owner) and by phone, but I never got a response after multiple attempts. I had to cancel my scheduled appointment with the siding company because I didn't want to leave that area exposed to the elements after not getting any response back. Additionally, I hired another roofing company to do a visual inspection of my roof. As to not void my warranty, they didn't do anything to my roof, but lifted up a piece of the siding where they saw water damage to the rafter and found that their is a missing step flashing; materials that should have been placed when ODR replaced the roof in 2014. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer after. After paying a lot of money to have my roof and gutters replaced, an issue that I'm told would be inexpensive for the company to repair is being neglected by this company and it's causing damage to my home. I've sent the owner videos of the roof actively leaking, copies of my warranty, sent an inspectors report, but they are ignoring me. Owner has also disrespectfully used profane words and yelling in phone conversation with myself which I recorded.
