They took my hard-earned money without any reason and blocked my account. They even sold all my trades without my consent. Later, they disabled my trade and blocked me, claiming that I traded on off-quotes. They didn't even inform me about the off-quotes the next day. When I asked for a refund, they denied it and kept sending me automatic emails.

Their technical team is also very bad. They had a technical glitch in their MT4, but they blamed me for it. They said that I was responsible for the off-quotes, even though it was their fault. When I asked them to unblock me, they just sent me an automatic email saying that they are not obligated to give any reasons for discontinuing services.

Their TCD and KYC teams are also very unhelpful. They do nothing other than sending automatic emails. They are the real thieves and scammers. I still had a huge amount of balance in my account, but they denied me access to it.
