4 weeks ago I placed large order on the website www.nordstromrack.com. I paid money and the seller informed me that my order would arrive within 28 days. I waited and got the package, but it arrived in damaged condition and was torn. Also it turned out that they fooled me and overcharged as well. I sent multiple emails to the seller and asked to provide money back, but the seller refused and told me a lot of unpleasant and inappropriate. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

If you website was capable of taking care of questions then maybe you should consider hiring someone for customer service to answer the phone.
Or consider having a publish a phone number that actually works

I did not realize Nordstrom was making political decisions based on a recent boycott by liberals of a line of clothing you carried, you bow down to for economic purposes. I never believed Liberals were as tolerant as they claimed anyway. I'll shop elsewhere now.
I was told i could not go into my husbands dressing room because a mother with her child were offended. Yet it was okay with the employee that she use the handicap dressing room ( guess her thoughts and opinions are relevant) Note that these where both men and women's rooms all together. When did one persons opinion dictate what is right or wrong.
I would like to make a complaint against the cashier Matthew b. He charge me for 3 items instand of 2 and returned the wrong item as well. You have to watch them very closely. I tried to return and the cashier had to return the transaction all over again. The cashier need to be watching what they do you shouldn't have to watch them.
Please just let me know how to track my purchases and how to make my purchases tax except . My account does not come up when I log in. I would like to track my packages I sent to my son.
