Its still going on... I just got one just now (12/4/2017 3:00 pm exactly) on my cell as a text message, and I am with metro pcs which is a fairly new cellular phone service, I dont even get wrong number calls or any advertising calls cause its that new and it says:
"congrats! / your number won 250, 000 gb pounds in nokia uk promo to claim call +[protected], mail: [protected]@clix. pt"
And thats it not even a good e-mailing address? if they are going to try and scam anyone they could at least use proper english and correct information. lol! everyone is right about why hasn't the nokia company gotten involved.. maybe they can't catch them or something. who knows... don't trust it... dont even try to call... its all a big huge scam!
I am from jordan, me too I received the same text message, if anyone know the answer please send me to my e-mail m_qafisheh@yahoo.com
Thanks

Hello,
I was struggling for miss calls and abuse sms from online web services. I have register the case against criminal (it is online, no fir) to www.cybercrimepolice.com and problem has been solved in one day.
Apart from that you can register the case for fraud of credit card, debit card, abuse email, hacking, miss calls etc. for any fraud you can register online easily.
It is advice to register a case online with www.cybercrimepolice.com as they are very efficient.

Hi
Well it's still going on... i'm in new zealand and I received the exact same message on my phone this morning. thought it sounded like a bit of a scam so I googled it this morning... which has of course led me right here.
What a bunch of idiots these people are that sending out these txt messages, it's quite laughable really.
I live in fort cambell, ky and I just got this message. I have a cricket phone that is pre-paid. they are using a different number now ([protected]). maybe someone needs to get their head out of their you know what, and fix this problem. thank you all for letting this soldier know its a scam.
Thanx
