NOGU's bracelets, necklaces, rings, and earrings are so pretty and well-made. They're all for a good cause too! The customer service at NOGU is amazing, they always go above and beyond. Plus, everything comes with a lifetime warranty. I really, really love NOGU!

Misrepresented product and slow customer service. Now they keep bothering me with emails even after I asked them multiple times to stop. I can only think that their ongoing emails are meant to harm me.

Aside from having beautiful crafted jewelry, their customer service is amazing! They were quick to respond to my return request and went above and beyond to refund every penny I spent. I am a returning customer and will continue to support NOGU. Their jewelry is top-notch and their service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Their bracelets are super tiny. I done sent the stuff back with tags on and in the box it came in. Even though they sent me the return sticker and said they got my return, they still ain't given me my money back. The bracelets look real nice, but the sizes ain't good for everybody and they didn't say that in the ads.

The mermaid glass bracelets are amazin' and the customer service is real good. They're real quick to respond. I also love that a portion of the sales goes towards supportin' missions like "Take 3 for the Sea" or "Nogu x Kids Around The World". I always enjoy supportin' local Canadian companies and this one is definitely worth it.

I gotta say, NOGU's jewelry is pretty darn gorgeous. But lemme tell ya, don't get your hopes up that it'll look exactly like what they show on their website. And don't even bother checkin' out the reviews on their site 'cause they straight up delete anything with 3 stars or less. Happened to me twice, can ya believe it? They got some nice stuff, but their marketing is a bit shady, if ya ask me. Honesty ain't exactly their strong suit, that's for sure.

Their customer service is second to none. They are a generous company to their fan base and jump through hoops to please everyone. There are going to be mistakes as with any company and they fix everyone apologetically. They are a small company with a growing fan base and are rolling with the punches and improving as they address any issues. Their jewelry is beautiful and they offer a 30 day return policy on newly purchased items and a lifetime warranty which they fully honor. I'm a fan.

In my first month of experience as both a NOGU customer and a NOGU Insider, I gotta say, this is one of the BEST companies I've bought stuff from. Every piece of jewelry has a purpose - to donate to a good cause like cleaning up the Ocean or giving food to hungry kids or saving animals. I love all the jewelry I've bought from NOGU, and a lot of them were freebies! It's so easy to earn points as a NOGU customer, which just fuels my addiction to beautiful, high-quality jewelry. Each order leads to the next because of rewards and being part of (my next favorite thing about NOGU) the INSIDERS community. It's the first online group I've been in that's actually positive in a long time. It's just a bunch of people who LOVE the product, showing off their beautiful arm candy, and complimenting each other on their blingy choices. (After the past 18 months, it's a real joy to be part of!) And finally, the reason this company is so awesome is that in such a short time, I've seen a company that's as loyal to its customers as its customers are to them. It warms my heart to read a genuine Thank You from someone who received something from this company and is filled with unexpected joy. It's amazing that NOGU actually reads comments and cares about its customers/followers. WHO DOES THAT? NOGU does that.

The Firefly Glass bracelets are amazing! They are beautiful glowing or not glowing! Very impressed at how quickly they arrived!

I love all my jewelery that I have bought it's so beautiful. I get compliments all the time. One thing I would like you to consider is making smaller hoops with the beads that close like keepers I would love to buy some. Thanks

The mermaid bracelets keep breaking. We are on our 4th one. Now their customer service and warranty are great! But when you have to deal with having to email them and send them pictures of your broken bracelet once a month it gets annoying. They need to make their bracelets out of higher quality materials so that they don't break down so easily.

I have ordered more than a few pieces of jewelry and I love every single piece. The pieces truly are mesmerizing and I have had so many compliments on them. I will continue ordering more pieces. If I could afford it I would absolutely buy the whole collection. You really would not be disappointed with your purchase. Thank you so much for providing us with your beautiful jewelry.
