I asked them to show me proof that they actually bought the plugin, but they couldn't give me any. So I would recommend that you stay away from them.

I tried contacting Nobuna multiple times, but I haven't received any response from them. I haven't even received an email confirmation that my support request was received. To make matters worse, two transactions have been charged to my credit card, which means that Nobuna has taken money out of my account. I'm not sure if I'm blocked or what's going on, but it's frustrating not being able to get any support from them.

So, I decided to post this review as a last resort. I'm hoping that someone from Nobuna will see this and help me resolve the issue. I'm more than willing to retract my review if this gets resolved promptly. But for now, I'm just really disappointed with the lack of support and communication from Nobuna.
