Noble Pay, Nobelpay, Nobelpay Processing, Powerpay, Powerpay America Ripped Off . Be wary about advertisements that are Noblepay misleading, flat out dishonest. They lie on their ads then most likely they will not care about you later on. Framingham Massachusetts

noblepay has several hidden fees that aren't disclosed. Here is a list of some of the garbage fees that powerpay charges innocent new merchants.

Chargeback fees
- Retrieval fees
- Termination fees
- Gateway fees
- Gateway Per Item fees
- Hidden setup charges
- Non-refundable setup charges
- Batch fees
- Cancellation fees
- Minimum fees
- Pass through fees (these vary)
- Over limit fees
- Voice Authorization fees
- Bank Setup fees
- Daily Close-out fees
- Software fees
- Licensing Fees
- Annual fees
- Amex/Discover setup fees
- Statement Fees (more for more services)
- Customer Support fees
- Technical Support fees

Be wary about noblepay advertisements. They are misleading and are flat out dishonest. They lie on their ads and they will not care about you later on when you are locked in a contract.

Don't assume that their low priced hardware comes with the best processing because it usually doesn't.

Don't buy their hardware. You can't take with you to any other processor.

Watch out for lease terms, It is irrevocable and you have to pay a high percentage rate like 15-20% because it is not in-house.

Noblepay processors secretly lock their terminals with a code that only their system can unlock. What a SCAM.

Their total startup cost is low to bait you, hardware pricing maybe tempting initially, be sure to shop around.

Be careful of signing a contract too hastily with them. Read their application carefully because their contracts carry a non-cancellation clause and high penalty. Noblepay will not leave an application with you overnight, they try to use "high pressure" tactics so that you don't really know what your signing.

if you have been ripoffed by them, please contact me, we can initial a class-action law suit against them .

Christopher Swift was my "agent." He tried real hard to sign me up and never did anything again. He never got the contract right, he never addressed the problems, never sent through all the small print with his own contract form, never mentions all the extra charges that appear with a sale - if you are luck to have a sale go through. He blew most all my sales. I paid him for a year of him doing nothing and never addressing the problems like shutting down my gateway without a word to me and no way for me to know; losing all but one xmas sale, and never even calling me back about it AND his flagrant $30.00 December surcharge! He's a joke! And totally shameless. Hey Mr. Not-So-Swift? Remember me? I am a real person and what more damage are you willing to do to me? Mess with my business account you claim to have access to for another 2 years?

My name is Christopher Swift founder of NoblePay & this is the exact same complaint that was filed on [redacted].

I have no idea who this person is and as you'll see I've had some clients show their support for NoblePay.

NoblePay does NOT give away free terminals, participate in leases, or lock our terminal software.

Unlike most in the industry, We don't have a cancellation fee as we just ask our clients to give us the courtesy of 30 days notice if they wish to cancel.

We don't use high pressure tactics and we don't leave applications as our application is all electronically submitted via our website.

If you check out our blog you'll see that we're one of the industries leading advocates helping merchants to protect themselves from unscrupulous practices.

Here's an article that was written specifically about the accusations this person has charged us with - http://www.noblepay.com/blog/wireless-credit-card-processing/you-get-what-you-pay-for-avoid-free-credit-card-processing/

I'm 100% in favor of forums like this to protect merchants but not when they require business owners that have had complaints filed against them to pay consulting fees etc... to help clear their names.

I've done plenty of research to help protect my reputation and in doing so have learned that forums such as the [redacted] are run by folks who have sketchy backgrounds which you can see at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/[redacted] & http://[redacted]fraud.com/thetruth.html

Are we perfect? of course not and if you do a look up on all of my competitors you'll find similar complaints on similar forums.

My goal has always been to rise above the rest in my industry and provide a great service at a fair price so please contact me direct if you'd like to speak to my clients and learn about their experiences using NoblePay rather than 1 persons bogus claims.

Even if this complaint was 100% accurate it would still only be one persons complaint versus the thousands of happy clients we serve.

Thanks for taking the time to hear my side

-Chris
