Without knowing who to call to repair our garage door, we found Nick on an online platform. He was pleasant to work with and made the repairs in no time and even verified the entire mechanism of the garage door opener and made the needed adjustment. Very happy with Nick's service. He came to install our garage door opener but we had bought the wrong one for the size of the door. He explained what we needed and we asked him to go ahead and order it for us which he did and returned again and installed in a timely matter. I hired Nick after researching a few other garage door repair companies. The first company to come out and see the door wanted to replace the door (at a cost of around $1,500). As my property is a rental property, I wanted to try and keep costs to a minimum. After researching garage door companies on the Ottawa ComplaintsBoard.com website, I reached out to Nick's Doors - based on the ComplaintsBoard.com rating, and the customer ComplaintsBoard.com reviews. I was not disappointed. Nick is very professional and did a fantastic job of repairing (not replacing) the door. Very impressed. I would highly recommend Nick's Doors.

Nick replaced the capping and weather stripping around both our garage doors. His workmanship and the materials he used were both high quality. He also noted that the cables on one of the doors were in poor shape and was able to replace them. This saved us the cost of a service call and the aggravation of a jammed door this coming winter. Once the work was completed he ensured both doors were functioning well and lubricated all components. When setting up the installation Nick was prompt with his estimate, he responded to my questions in a timely manner and arrived on time to start the job.
