You know they don't care about quality or good gameplay, they just want to slap their brand on anything and everything they can get their grubby little paws on. I'm a gamer that loves to play Maple Story, Dragon Nest, and Vindictus. I don't think I'll be trying any games from Nexon in the future though. They just seem like any other publisher out there. All they care about is making money and they don't care about their customers. I've submitted tickets in the past but they just go unanswered.

Vindictus is one of my favorite games, but the customer service is terrible. They told me that they couldn't recreate any items that I had lost. But then, all the game masters have +15 armor and fully scrolled gear. It's pretty obvious that they didn't get those items themselves like any normal player would. I've spent over $3000 in the past year playing Vindictus, but I feel like the people at Nexon don't give a crap about me at all.

Honestly, I wish I could play on the Korean server instead of the crappy version here in North America. It seems like the people at Nexon Korea are more helpful and actually care about their players. It's disappointing that the same can't be said for Nexon in North America.

Overall, I don't think I would recommend any games from Nexon. If you're looking for a publisher that actually cares about their customers, then look somewhere else.

I never knew about this company before until yesterday (09/01/2020) morning when I found out about 7 transactions that were made on my debit card without my permission. These transactions were made within a span of 10:07am-10:17am. Four of them were charged for $107.25 while the other three were charged for $53.63, resulting in a total of $589.89! I was hoping that it was just a mistake, but unfortunately, the transactions changed from 'Pending' to 'Cash Purchases' by 11pm on the same day.

I tried to reach out to Nexon's customer service, but it seems like they don't offer any options for customer support at all. I tried everything possible to contact someone from their team, from emailing every address I could find to calling all the phone numbers I could get my hands on. However, there was no response at all. It's frustrating because the $589.89 might not be a big deal to them, but for me and my family, it's what keeps a roof over our heads.

Honestly, I wouldn't even give a single star to their service, but unfortunately, I have to. It's a shame that a company as big as Nexon lacks basic customer service and proper channels for support.
