I strongly advise against making any purchases from this particular company, as they have proven to be nothing but money-grabbers! I had a terrible experience with them myself. I placed an order, but to my dismay, I never received a confirmation email. It's incredibly frustrating because they never bother responding to any of my emails, and to top it off, their customer service number turned out to be a complete sham. In short, I urge you to steer clear of this company!

This shop is an absolute scam! The stuff they display is nothing like what you actually get! You end up with a lousy product and there's no way to reach them by phone. We've sent them emails and haven't received any response. Be cautious, folks! It's all shoddy knock-offs from China!

Both shops use the same website, which got me curious about their legitimacy. So, I decided to do some research. I downloaded the picture from their "about us" section and gave it a good ol' Google search. Turns out, the group of workers in the picture aren't actually theirs. And guess what? Another shop called Soarmall also has a similar issue with their workers' image, which seems to be taken from Ikea.

I gotta say, this new shop called New Shop (newshop.com) is a total scam, no doubt about it. So, here's the deal: I decided to buy this fancy necklace from them, but guess what? It never arrived! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother giving me an invoice number. Like, seriously? How am I supposed to keep track of my purchase without an invoice number?

Now, let's talk about their customer service, or should I say lack thereof. They don't provide any contact information except for this fake email address. I mean, come on! How am I supposed to reach out to them if I have a problem or a question? It's like they're hiding from their customers or something.

I bought a case 'bout 5 months ago for my Samsung Note 5 and the snap that holds the phone broke off. So, I couldn't use it no more. Not only that, I also got a home travel station as a gift for my dear ol' mom and a tempered glass protector for my bro. And guess what? They're both mighty pleased with 'em! They say these things work like a dream. And when I told 'em 'bout the price, they were just blown away! Can ya believe it? The products arrived right on time, 'bout a week or so. Can't complain 'bout that either. All in all, I'm a happy camper and I reckon I'll be recommendin' newshop.com to all my buddies. Good stuff, I tell ya!

I purchased a tool cart from New Shop (newshop.com) on November 4th, 2020. Around two days later, I received a tracking number from USPS. However, shortly after, it was changed to FedEx. I've been patiently keeping an eye on its slow progress towards me via FedEx. According to the tracking information, it was supposed to arrive on November 17th. The tracking indicated that it arrived at 4pm, but to my surprise, I didn't see a delivery truck nor did I receive the item.

I've sent about eight emails to the company, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them. Feeling frustrated, I decided to seek assistance from FedEx. They informed me that my package had indeed arrived in my town, but it was addressed to the wrong name and address associated with the tracking number I received. Unfortunately, FedEx couldn't provide me with the correct address to verify if it was indeed my package. As a result, I'm left with no choice but to try and contact New Shop, the place from which I bought the tool cart. However, as mentioned earlier, I haven't received any response from them either. This whole situation is incredibly aggravating. I paid for the item, but I never received it, and on top of that, I haven't received any response or assistance from the seller.

I bought this Reiko leather iPad case from this website called NewShop.com, and let me tell you, it had this awful smell that hit me like a ton of bricks. I mean, seriously, it was like a mix of gasoline, oil, and who knows what other chemicals. It was so bad that I had to take it out of the package and leave it outside for days, hoping that the stench would just magically disappear. But guess what? It didn't! The smell lingered like a bad memory.

So, naturally, I thought, "Hey, I'll just return it and get my money back." But oh no, NewShop had other plans. They flat out refused to pay for the return shipping because apparently, the product wasn't considered defective. Can you believe that? I mean, come on!
